Besto Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Ovenproof Kitchen Skillet/Frying Pan Suitable for All Hobs Including Induction (16cm)

I bought this for my husband who loves baking and he was a bit suspicious at first, but after his first attempt at a recipe using the skillet he says he wishes he had bought one a long time ago. I must admit I feel the same as he produces some wonderful food - only trouble is I am putting on weight now.

Sadly it has come out of dishwasher with rust marks it doesn’t look good Is it dishwasher proof ? I didn’t read anything to say it wasn’t ?

Needed a skillet for oven use, being all cast iron this is perfect, easy to clean and look after.

ok if you haven't got a plate otherwise pretty cheap and naff.

I had to return the product as it was too small for my intended purpose. But great service

Great little pan . Ideal for cooking a whole meal for one which I did. But, it wasn't non stick. It left a residue one the bottom of the pan which was vey difficult to remove. not a big problem with a small pan like this but I will have to do something to it to make it non stick. The bottom of the pan is very rough so I may get my sander out and smooth it then prove it. - I did get my sander to it and smoothed the inside bottom which has improved it and I have persevered with the seasoning of the pan. But it is a pain to have to do this after cooking every time.

Love it - I can use it from stove top to oven no problem - has to be completely dried after washing or it goes rusty - not a good point. Is there some oil I can use to prevent this?

Far too hot to handle safely..
