Very comfortable but only good in work boots. Great purchase if you spend a lot of time in toe-tech footwear

Be sure to fit the insoles with beige side UP ! I got some hiking shoes with a rather hard feel, these seem good, decent comfort, not as soft and bouncy underfoot as expected, but probably this is to support and massage the foot as it moves. The gel feels good, and these are quite comfortable, and seem very good quality.

I put these in my boot as they were to big they made them wearable and comfortable. Fits nicely in shoes or boots once cut correctly.

Oh my, these are incredible. I got them to go in my new safety boot for work, knowing that boots can be hard on my feet day in and day out for over 8 hours a day. And oh my goodness these do the job well. They cut to size easily, fit in the boots well and it’s almost like walking on feathers. I’ve never felt more comfortable in work boots, and I’ve worn a lot over the years. A must have if you want to cushion your feet in whatever shoes/boots you’re wearing. And as for value! For this comfort it’s a great price, but then what price is too high to protect your feet and not cripple yourself in uncomfortable shoes/boots?
