Love this Mighty Mini Keyboard! ** Don't expect your traditional keyboard it will disappoint you. **
I originally bought this keyboard to use with the iPad Pro but ended up using it for all my devices, including my laptop and desktop. You can switch between devices quickly with simple key combinations. If you are expecting a traditional keyboard then this keyboard may not be for you. YOU WILL NEED TO ADJUST TO THIS KEYBOARD since some of the keys are of different size i.e. the right shift key, the del key to the right of the up arrow. Other than that, it feels like I'm typing on my laptop keyboard except the travel is a tad longer. This keyboard is not a "clicky" keyboard and is soft to the touch; some may like this, some may hate this. All the keys are accessible, however, you may need to press key combinations to get them; for instance, to type the "tilde," you must press the key combination FN+SHIFT+ESC, and for the "tick," you must press FN+ESC. (Not sure yet if you can map to different keys). There are, in fact, dozens of built-in macros: for music control, profile switching, lighting, macro recording, etc. I can't recommend this for everyone unless you're willing to change some habits. Personally, I love all the options and freedom (portability) this keyboard provides. Disclaimer: This review was typed using the SK621.

Very nice keyboard
I'm really liking this keyboard so far. I don't find it difficult to type on as some people seem to. There is a small learning curve if you're not used to typing on small keyboards with the keys close together but I don't have trouble finding correct keys or cleanly pressing the key that I'm looking for. The keycaps are beautiful and I love the design. The preset color patterns are nice and easy to use. Most of the keys feel very nice to press but it's difficult to know exactly when the actuate. The actuation seems to occur near the top of the keypress. My only complaint so far is the keyboard does not work perfectly with a mac in bluetooth mode. I knew the keyboard's software wouldn't work on OS, but what's frustrating is it doesn't seem to be possible to swap the functionality of the alt and windows key while in bluetooth mode. I bought this keyboard intending to keep it plugged into my PC, while using it with my mac over bluetooth so this kind of ruins the use case I was hoping for. The keys can be swapped just fine with the keyboard is connected to the mac with the wire. Other notes: -The ~ key requires a specific keypress sequence of SHIFT, then Fn, then ESC. If you press FN first, you'll get ` -In bluetooth mode on a mac, my keypresses are sometimes extremely exaggerated ssoooooo ittt tyyyyyyyyyypes liiike thhhiisss. It's not very common and lasts for a few minutes when it happens. -If you want to use this keyboard with a different cord, you'll need one that's skinny around the USB-C end. A bulky grip around the input won't fit.

Bad Battery, Bad Ergonomics, Bad Connectivity
I've used a lot of keyboards, and this is easily among the worst. Cooler Master keyboards have some neat onboard firmware that's flexible. That's just as good here as elsewhere. However, I've currently been using this keyboard for about 90 minutes today, from 100% charge this morning, and battery life is currently at 47%. In another 10-20 minutes, it will hit 30%, and will then begin glitching out and flashing the lights randomly (the manual says it should flash 3 times at 30% battery, but it actually just flashes frantically, until it dies or I plug it in). Ergonomics...not much to say, other than this is literally the most uncomfortable keyboard I've ever used. Chiclet style keys are nice, cherry reds are nice, but this keyboard needs like 5 degrees more of angle. Be prepared to rest this thing on some folded pieces of paper if you'll be typing for longer than 10 minutes, unless you want an express ticket to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Once the battery hits 30%, key lag becomes insane, and it will become impossible to type. Perhaps I'll come back to this review in 30 minutes to type something out and demonstrate it. Avoid this keyboard at all costs. I've been on a hunt for a good wireless, Mechanical keyboard that I don't have to spend $200 on. This is undeniably NOT that keyboard.

Beautiful and functional
This keyboard is amazing. I love the way it sounds, the low key caps, and the size. The right shift key is a little small but i think that is something I will get used to through use...my boyfriend is planning to buy one soon too because he likes it so much!

Nice build quality hampered by bad keycap design, rendered useless by unusable bluetooth
This is a very attractive keyboard and feels extremely well-constructed. It's hefty and solid. Others have complained about the keycaps. They're both completely flat and extremely close together, which will probably demolish your accuracy at least until you get used to them if you ever manage to get used to them. What really makes it a do-not-buy, though, is the bluetooth connectivity. You're paying for a keyboard with multi-device bluetooth and a battery -- you can get an equivalent wired keyboard for less money. But the bluetooth is so bad it's completely unusable. Even when I'm using it on my desk six inches from my laptop with nothing but clear sky between the laptop and the keyboard, it cannot maintain a connection. Input lags *multiple seconds* and the connection drops frequently. Can I plug it in and use it in wired mode? Sure. Should I have to? No. If I wanted a wired keyboard I would have bought one. I have the same issues on two laptops and a desktop, and I use multiple other bluetooth devices on all three without any problem, including the keyboard I'm using to type this review (if I'd tried to type the review on the SK621 it would be riddled with typos and it would take me an hour).

tl;dr pretty keyboard and okay if used wired, but absolutely garbage support/software/Bluetooth I've been using this keyboard for 2 months now (after some serious troubleshooting). Prior to purchase, I had already read all the terrible reviews around the internet and prepared for the worst but I still managed to be shocked at how bad the overall experience was for this overpriced keyboard. The keyboard itself has decently sized albeit weirdly flat keys, but I can't seem to get used to the small right shift key and always seem to accidentally hit the somewhat large capslock key. I've also seen mention of not being able to access the tilde (~) key but you can do that by pressing Shift + Fn + ` in that order. RGB backlighting and customization is actually nice IF you can get the software working. Problem #1: After downloading and launching the Cooler Master Portal v1.01 software, it will tell you that it's not connected to the internet. To fix that, it has nothing to do with internet. You will need to turn off the keyboard and plug it in a USB port before launching the Portal again to get the software to work. Problem #2: I recently got a whole new build with a 10th gen motherboard that has onboard Bluetooth 5.0, and no matter what I do, the keyboard refuses to connect to the computer. Literally every other Bluetooth device is fine, it's just this keyboard that constantly tells me to try again (never found a solution to this, but more on my workaround later). Problem #3: I created a support ticket on Cooler Master's site about this Bluetooth issue and they replied after a week or so telling me to install their Portal software and update my firmware (which I had already done). I replied that I had already tried that, amongst other possible common solutions to no avail, after which I was ghosted for a good 2 weeks before they replied with a "Do you have other Bluetooth devices? Do they work?". This information was already included in initial ticket. The absolute lack of support from their customer support the final straw that prompted me to write this review. Now for my Bluetooth workaround. While being ghosted by support, I had searched forums for answers and saw someone who managed to get it working by buying a Bluetooth 4.0 dongle so I purchased one. In order to finally get this keyboard to connect through Bluetooth, I had to plug in the dongle and disable all of my Bluetooth drivers except Low Energy Bluetooth drivers. For this price, it's ridiculous how unintuitive their software is, how useless their support is, and how I have to buy extra parts in order for the keyboard to work as intended wirelessly.
