If it would be possible to give no stars, that is what I would do. Right out of the box the retraction stem would not retract. It was just stuck- depress the lever - unable to move the stem. I should have known that at the price of $9.00 it was too good to be true.

I used it for up to 10 times by now. It was great. I like the shapes it made on cookie. Kids also like that!!

Product is very poorly made. It did not last through one batch of spritz cookies. The screws connecting the plunger to the device were completely stripped out of the plastic after just a few pans of cookies. Threw it away after 30 minutes of use. Knew it was a lower end product but expected better than this.

Terrible. Brush excluded looked like it had been used. Cheap. Should of known with the cheap price. Get what you pay for

Broke after first use..pladtic cane off in cookies from bottom..returning this item..not worth it
