these treats smell really good, great for treat dispensing toys/puzzles
My dogs like these, and they tend to be picky. We find good success overall with WAG brand, an Amazon brand. I bought these on a whim, and I am glad I did because they are perfect option for our puzzle treat toys, especially the ones that dispense kibble. My dogs dont want just kibble, so I add in small sized treats like this. Then for the lick style (say Kong/SodaPup/WestPaw,etc) I will do a mix of kibble and these treats, sometimes toss in a few other styles, sometimes some soft food or broth, freeze it and then dole out as evening food based enrichment. These smaller sized treats help disperse the flavor throughout the treat toys. This flavor is what they are working for. I can use mix of less preferred food items and some of this to create a nice experience for them. What I like about these is that they smell good to me, and that the price is reasonable for a large quantity. Nice to be able to buy 2 full lbs at a time. I go through a lot, not because I dole out treats all the time, but because I do the treat toy dispensers for my 3 dogs. They dont want just kibble. Smaller bags that are typically found are done within a few uses; that adds up. Some of the brands with larger quantity are low quality or my dogs are just not all that impressed (likeMilkbones--fine product but my dogs dont get "excited". But makes decent filler). We loveZukes, which is a good brand with quality ingredients and higher price tag, but it is nice to have more options. I was just really impressed upon opening the bag how good these smelled to me, and my dogs concur. As a reward treat, the small size is appealing as is the robust but pleasant aroma. Mix of crunch and soft. A dense chew. How your pup or dog does with it will depend on the breed and their preference. Some training treats are even smaller. This is nice because they dont crumble too easily if at all. I havent tried cutting them in half as i dont use it for reward at this point in time. But if looking for reward treat options, this is a good contender because of the aromatics. Very appealing.

A Training Must Have!
I recently purchased the 2-pound bag of Wag Chicken Flavor Training Treats for my 1 year old pup, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality and effectiveness. Quality: These treats are made with real chicken and I love that they contain no artificial additives or fillers. Knowing that I’m giving my pup tasty but nutritious treats. Size & Texture: The treats are small and soft, making them ideal for training sessions. Their size allows for quick rewards, and they don’t crumble easily, so I can carry them in my pocket without worrying about mess. The soft texture also means my dog can chew and swallow them quickly, keeping the training flow smooth. Flavor: My dog absolutely loves the chicken flavor! His excitement when I pull out the bag is palpable, and it really helps maintain his focus during training. The fact that he’s so eager for these treats motivates him to learn and respond to commands more effectively. Training Results: Since incorporating these treats into our routine, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in his behavior and obedience. They serve as a great incentive for positive reinforcement, making it easier for him to grasp new commands and tricks. The progress we've made has been both rewarding and fun! Value: The 2-pound bag is an excellent value for the price. The quantity is generous for the price compared to other brands. This makes them a cost-effective choice for regular training sessions. Overall Experience: In conclusion, I highly recommend the Wag Training Treats for dog owners looking to enhance their training efforts. They offer a fantastic blend of flavor, quality, and value, making them a must-have for any trainer. With these treats, you’re not just rewarding your dog; you’re setting the stage for a more successful and enjoyable training journey!

They love it!
VERY well loved in this house hold! They held their freshness quite long, and are quick to chew. They’re surprisingly healthy, and are absolutely great for training with. I did repurchase and will continue to. I included a photo of my puppy (the 10 month old black and white dog), and my other dog (6 years old).

The dogs like them.
Yep, my dogs like them. I feel that they could be softer and not so dry. A minor thing. They have not upset my puppy's stomach. I buy by the pound. A nice price compared to other training treats. Others are so overpriced. Hope to eventually get off the training treats though.

Great Training Treats
I've bought this twice now, and my dog absolutely loves thems. She's in a training class right now, and they have us using real meat (chicken, pork, beef) cut into little pieces. Their theory is dogs won't perform as well unless you use real meat. They specifically tell us not to use dog training treats like these. But my dog started having bad diarrhea after eating all that real meat. So I started trying these Wag treats, the ones the trainer said won't work, and they work great. My dog will do any thing I ask her to do with these as her only reward. I've read the reviews about these being too hard/tough for the dog. I have no idea where they're getting this. They come in an airtight plastic bag. They're soft when you take them out of the bag and stay that way as long as you put them back into the bag. I had a few that were left in my jacket pocket a day or two, and they got a bit hard, but they were still perfectly edible and my dog reacted the same with the stale ones that sge did with the fresh ones. I recommend these training treats.

Good dog treats for training
My two dogs absolutely love these treats. They are great for training or just giving to them for special times. They don’t bother their stomach and they don’t smell bad. I would say that they last about a month in a sealed container and stay fresh. They’re a good price for the amount of treats that you get. I highly recommend these dog treats.
