Excellent for cold drinks
I purchased these for my church to use with cold beverages because they are less expensive than the insulated ones we buy for the coffee. They hold up well, do not leak, and are a great price. I'm sorry I can't speak to their claim of being good for hot drinks, as I haven't tried that in them, but if I had to guess, I would say they wouldn't work for hot beverages.

These are good quality, however, they are not nearly as thick as say Dixie Brand. They also aren't the price of Dixie, either... They do get hot, if you are buying for an office or event, you will need to buy coffee sleeves for your guests. These are sturdy, they can hold hot or cold beverages without an issue.... I have re-purchased in other sizes with no problems whatsoever...
