is it a hard bristles or soft? im trying to remove mastic off of concrete

The green scrub Orbiter brush is in between, believe is considered medium level brush. I use mine to clean my shower tile stall in combination with Viper Venom tile & grout cleaner. Works really well. Not real sure what mastic is, but believe if you use the green brush in combination with solution the breaks down the mastic you should not have a problem removing it. If you want a stronger brush for concrete would recommend the orange brush it is better suited to tackle things on concrete. I have them both and the orange has the harder bristles. Remember to use solution that specifically tackles whatever your matter your dealing, gum, paint, oils, foods, etc in combination with your Orbiter brushes. Hope this has been helpful, the brushes work really well, even if you just use water. But for specific things use solutions that apply to whatever your trying to remove.

The  green, blue, or union mix  brushes would all work fine depending upon the level of soil that is in the floor.

I have tile kitchen floor with white grout that is very stained. what is best color brush and cleaning method you suggest? TIA!

I would use the firmest brush - orange I believe, but the green would be fine also. When cleaning grout, especially if the flooring is old and sounds like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while, you may have to re-seal the grout after cleaning to prevent further stain build up and protect the grout from chemicals and absorbing moisture. (recommend: Grout & Granite Penetrating Sealer From Clean-eez). To clean the floor & the grout (recommend: Grout-Eez Super Heavy-Duty Grout Cleaner From Clean-eez). Both items can be purchased through Amazon. Depending on the floor it can take some time to clean. You may need to do multiple scrubbing. Also - taping off counters, etc with painter's tape & newspaper/plastic will help prevent spray back getting on your walls & counters during the process. Good Luck!
