Allah Time my favourite used it with my girl now this time I bought for my son .it's really awesome Very helpful to to teach kids addition and subtraction lots of sum for practice kids gonna rock in math by using this book . highly recommended you guys need to buy for your kids.

I bought it for my kid, he liked it. But it is already very simple for him. It is cheap, so I did n’t want to change it.

This book contains 3 months of + & - facts practice.I believe the first 40 days are addition facts then it moves onto 40 days of subtraction facts then 20 days of mixed fact practice.At the beginning my daughter found the timed element intimidating and frustrating - she's a bit of a perfectionist - but she stuck with it daily and made measured improvement. I tried to gamify it and incentivise her a little by giving her a small reward if she was able to beat her time from the day before whilst keeping her score above a certain percentage.To give context to the progress she made over 100 days. She started out taking 20mins and 26 secs to complete 60 questions. Her score was 100% (btw did I mention she's a perfectionist). By the end of the book she was consistently completing 60 questions in under 6 mins and consistently getting scores of 90% or higher. Her fastest time was 4:52 with a score of 90%.A definite success in my book. She improved speed, and more importantly with accuracy. And even more importantly she increased her confidence performing these two operations. I found the initial intimidation and frustration she experienced when completing the task under timed conditions was because she hadn't mastered her facts to a level where they were easy for her to access. The daily practice helped her more easily access her facts and as a result the the feelings of frustration and intimidation left her. I'm really proud of her and equally she's really proud of herself.NB: We used the book as it came but I personally would recommend alternating operations i.e. doing a page of addition day 1, subtraction day 2, addition day 3 and so on until you get to the mixed practice section then just do a mixed practice page every day.In conclusion: I found this timed practice book to be excellent value for money. I believe this book is great for children who know there math facts but cannot find the answer in there mind easily. This book will help improve speed and accuracy and help move away from reliance on counting on fingers or using manipulatives.We have purchased the multiplication & division books in this series which she is now using, and alternating × & ÷ operations each day.

Timely delivery, well packed, lots of practice numerical questions.Would have been better to have some word problems or pictorial problems in maths.

I bought this with my other daughter when she was in First grade & I timed her as she answers every page. The more she does it, the better she was with Math. She was quick with add & sub not using her fingers just mentally solving it. Practice really makes it perfect. I’m so happy with this purchase.
