We just returned from an overseas vacation where my wife walked my legs off. My upper back and lower back hurt because I walk so much. I got home and saw this on Amazon after reading it after you get tired you tend to stoop over a little bit causing more pressure on your spine. Those are extremely well built they have a metal rod down the back they might be aluminum but it's very comfortable you can't feel it when it's on you can just feel it when you take it off and try to bend it in half. This gives you strong support across your back lower back and also your upper shoulder area. I can't wait to try this out the next time she decides to walk my legs off LOL if you are concerned about back pain this is inexpensive way to see if it will help I know it will help me!

This product works fairly well. It's not incredibly stiff down the back so if you need something with robust support, this one may not be for you. In my case, I just needed something to remind me to stand upright while on my feet all day. It gives me enough resistance to throughout the day to do just that. I'm just over 6ft. tall, weight about 180. I first bout the large size but it was a little too small a fit. I bought the extra large and returned the first one with no problems. Refund was quick. It's a good product at a fair price. I wear it daily and it seems to be helping.

I don't know how to feel about this. So using it after a while it feels like it is definitely pulling my shoulders back and correcting posture. Adjustment wise, there is a lot for various sizes of people, but i find that you want it tight for the best results. After eating it can be tight too. It does get a bit sweaty, depending on what you have on. It seems to work but also tends to feel a bit useless sometimes. I took a break but upon writing this, I'll start it back up. it does need regular use.

This is exactly what I needed. Muscles in top of my back are weak. This holds my shoulders back and helps my get a rest. No pain now. I use it when driving, working and the gym. Good quality

This is comfortable to wear and is easy to use after the first couple of times. Easily adjusts to your size. I would use it more. I just keep forgetting.

Not bad of a brace but not perfect for what I needed. Plus I really don’t like that the Velcro doesn’t extend over the whole piece if you want an even tighter fit. I was so uncomfortable wearing it (20 mins) I had to take it off.

At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.
