Solved my mousing pain
I was fitting a repetitive use injury and ganglion cyst from awkward daily computer mouse work several years ago. This completely resolved my issue. When my husband started having similar wrist pain inthe midst of a protracted mapping project with a ton of mouse clicking, I lent him mine and voila, immediate relief. So I had to replace and let him keep the originals. Brilliant and simple. A little tight the first 2 days but loosened up nicely.

Great for RSI issues!
Great! I’m on my ipad all the time, with a kush top under it (they don’t make that anymore), and the gloves and I don’t have RSI because of these great gloves!

Career-saving pain relief
I depend on these gloves. I keep a pair at home and a pair at work. These gloves save me a lot of pain. Without them, I wouldn't be able to use a computer for more than about an hour a day because my right (mouse) wrist and hand would hurt so badly. And then I couldn't do my job. (My left hand would last longer but eventually it would hurt too much also.)So what I'm saying is that for the pain I experience when working at a computer, these gloves are a miracle. I absolutely need them. I don't know if there's a name for my pain; I don't think it's carpal tunnel though. Basically my wrists and the back of my hands ache. I guess that's what 15 years of computer programming gets you.A few notes:- Construction is good. Of course they do wear out over time. My mouse-hand glove lasts about 6 months before I've worn a good sized hole through the first layer of fabric. At that point the little bean-bag inside tends to come out (though it remains attached by stitching on one end). The left hand lasts much longer since it doesn't experience the friction mousing makes.- When my right glove wears through as described above, I simply turn them both inside-out and switch hands. The right glove, now with hole on the inside, continues to function perfectly for the left hand. That gives me another 6 months. Once I've worn through both, I buy a new set.- Like my favourite jeans, I wash them every couple of months. (Now you know I'm male). I just put them through a cold delicate wash with my clothes and then air-dry them over the weekend. I've never had a problem with them getting smelly. If your hands sweat a lot in them you might need to wash them more often.I didn't give them 5 stars because:- They do become uncomfortable sometimes. The heel of my mouse-hand gets fatigued from resting on the bean-bag.- The part that wraps around my thumb sometimes irritates the skin between my thumb and index finger, causing it to hurt.- I'm sure they used to come in two sizes, but now they're "one size".- They do make the heels of my hands sweat a bit, which can become uncomfortable in warm weather. If you experience wrist/hand pain when typing or especially when using a mouse, give these gloves a try.Note: if you only have trouble with one hand, you can buy singles: IMAK Computer Glove, Ergonomic Wrist Support 1 ea

I'm a happy camper
When I put on this support I thought "oh, it's too loose and it doesn't have a metal support". I believed that I had wasted my money. I also didn't like the lump on the palm/wrist area. It just goes to show that a bad first impression, isn't always correct. I loved this wrist support from the moment I started using it on the computer. I own about 6 other wrist braces with aluminum supports in them, but they are too restrictive when using the keyboard. This little support is wonderful! I like it because it's not so tight to restrict the blood flow (like a lot of supports do), or make it uncomfortable. And, the beads that at first made me leary, elevate my wrist just perfectly to allow me pain free computer usage without restricting my finger movements. Now I only wear my metal support brace when I sleep, this one is for my daytime activities. I think that it is pretty cool looking for a wrist brace. The price was good too, 2 for $[...] bucks, [..] dollars per brace is a great price, especially for a product that is so effective in helping me with my carpal tunnel problems.

Comfortable Palm Rest
I have been using this particular brand of palm rest for a couple years now.It works to position your wrist in a more comfortable position when using your mouse. I have multiple mouses on the same mouse pad and having a traditional rest would not be practical. This gloves allows me to quickly move from mouse to mouse and still be supported. If I don't wear this wrist rest, with in a few minutes the tendons in my wrist and hand become sore. This alleviates that problem by properly supporting my palm/wrist in a natural position. It's elastic and provides some support but is not stiff or braced. It fit tight at first but loosened up to being snug on my hand. From wrist to end of my middle finger my hand is 8in long and from side to side 4 inch wide.It does get 'smelly' from wear. I toss mine in on gentle cycle and hang dry. It does fray a bit, but continues to work a year out.I have several on hand and swap them out occasionally. I have a tendency to leave my desk and forget to take it off. Then they get temporarily lost until I happen upon them again. So it's more happenstance that I swap them out. Every day wear may shorten the lifespan.
