Ok, I have updated my review. I thought this company was out of business because they didn’t answered my emails. I was able to contact them. They are having problems with their emails so they gave me a new contact email, and they where able to answer all of my questions. They have a super nice customer service and they answer the emails the same day. I am so happy that this is not an out of business company trying to get rid of the last cameras. I have been wasting my time looking for some cameras that don’t use cloud service and I was running out of patience. The app is very responsive and doesn’t crash. Gee is this for real?? I think I hit the jackpot. Bought so many WiFi cameras and I had to return them for one reason or another. Reasons why I like this camera: One, great picture. Two, it starts to work really fast after you turn it on and connects immediately to WiFi. Three, it does not use cloud which other cameras like to charge you for. Four, it was ridiculously easy to set up. The only thing I don’t like is the motor sound when it moves to see the room. But find me one of these types of cameras that is silent and can connect well who’s app doesn’t crash, and I will find you a cow that can sing and dance the Charleston. So in my opinion, this is one of the best ones out there.

I absolutely love this security system. It was super easy to set up and only took me less than 5 minutes to have both cameras hooked up and working. Cameras have a microphone and audio so I can talk to my pets and listen to what's going on when I'm out of the house. I just open up the app on my phone and I get to see and talk to everyone at my house. The images are super clear and easy to see during the day and also has night vision which is just as good. I absolutely love these cameras and now know my house and pets are secure when I'm out and even when I'm at home. It will send you motion detection alerts for whatever rooms you set them up in which gives me peace of mind when I'm sleeping in my bedroom. They would also make an awesome gift for elderly parents, grown children, and people that you care about since they are extremely affordable!!! They are excellent quality cameras!!! I Love, Love, Love them!!!

This camera is extremely easy to set up, if I can do it, any one can. It works wonderfully in allowing me to see whatever I need to in my home. Clear picture comes through on my cell phone by installing the app. I love being able to move the camera so I can see different angles in the room and also being able to talk through the camera. I highly recommend this camera.

I bought these cameras almost 3 years ago to monitor my dog while she was recovering from injury. Besides the annoying setup (sometimes I would bring one to my mom's when she was watching my dog for me), they worked pretty well. The motion detection was out of control so I turned that off -- it would detect constant motion in an empty room. The cameras sometimes made clicking or hissing noises, or a very high pitched buzz/ring -- which was quiet but with my dog's hearing I always wondered if it bothered her. I have never used the recording feature via SD card, and I never used their cloud storage either. Over time the cameras have randomly froze, re-set themselves, or just having trouble connecting. Most recently in the last couple months we had to re-set them completely again and split the wi-fi band to do so. I am not sure why that came up, but ever since then we have been having problems. The last 2 weeks we have been randomly unable to connect, and the cameras re-set themselves over and over again -- sometimes it takes hours to get a connection. Now as of yesterday they no longer connect -- and one of them won't even re-set. I switched to the other power cord, and was able to re-set the other camera, however I can only connect to the app and view on the camera if I am also connected to the same 2.4 wi-fi on my phone. As soon as I turn off wi-fi on my phone, I can't connect the app to the camera. So it is now POINTLESS as I am unable to check on my dog while I am at work. There are a few settings I will try later tonight, but in searching for Tenvis on Amazon just now, I am surprised to see the low ratings and bad reviews -- and similar or worse issues. When I purchased these cameras, I picked them because of not only a reasonable price but also the reviews were great at the time. I know they are cheap Chinese cameras, but this is very disappointing as I thought they would at least last more than just 3 years -- and we are not even at the 3-year mark yet.

This is the 4th type of indoor camera that I have tried. Returned the other 3 due for various reasons...poor image quality, unable to connect to the network , poor mobile app. This was a breeze to set up and had both cameras up and running within 10 min. The image is beautiful....very crisp and clear. The mobile app is the best I have seen. So easy to set things up an responds quickly. I am a tech and critical of directions companies supply for non-tech people. I give this company 5 stars! Excellent instructions and on their support website the directions are excellent and very easy to follow. The email notifications are great.....but I really love the mobile app notifications....no delay in the notification at all! Very easy to snap images and email them or put them to your phone. If you have been frustrated over other cameras that you ordered and ready to give up I recommend you give this one a try. It is just beautiful and easy to use the camera. One note....have seen in reviews that people can't access the camera outside of their home or local network. You need to contact your ISP. My ISP requires that Port Forwarding be set up for security reasons. I knew this ahead of time and set it up and had no problem. Also love that you can format the SD card right within the app! In addition it also allows you to check the firmware version and update it as they become available. Very important! Thank you Tenvis for making such a wonderful and affordable camera!

This is an excellent product.. bought ours 4 years ago or so, still working perfectly.. just know it will need a plug adapter for Australia.

Definitely not recommended! It doesn’t record live video when you are outside the house and it keeps getting cut. So what’s the purpose of this camera if you cannot get live or saved video consistently!!

ペットがお留守番している時の様子が知りたくて購入しました。 以前TH661を少し使用していた為、こちらに決めましたが正解でした！ 日本語の説明書が簡単ですが付属していて、wifi接続は簡単に出来き、すぐにアプリで画像を見る事が出来ました。 日中しか使用しないので、コンセントで抜き差し使用ですが、再度設定する必要がなく使えます。 画像はとても綺麗で、動きも思っていたよりもサクサク動きました。 基本日中しか使用しませんが、暗い場所でもはっきりとモノクロで映りました。 試しに通話もしてみました。話し掛けるのも上手くいき、家族の声も意外としっかりと聞こえます。 これでペットの心配がなくなりました。

これの先代に当たるカメラは最高傑作でしたね。 暗視LEDのON／OFFも可能な完璧仕様。I.Eからも運用できる手軽さ。 余計なクラウドサービスが無い。アプリも使いやすくて最高でした 必要なシーンだけをまとめてDLできたり、確認済みと未確認のファイルが一目瞭然なのとか、設計者の細やかな配慮が素晴らしい。 当時はこれが普通なんだと思ってたけど、他のアプリがアホかと思うほどの駄作ばっかりで、このアプリがいかに『GOD』なのか痛感させられた。 こちらの品番は外見とかは全く同じ物に見えるけどPCブラウザから入れない残念仕様。 それでも今時のクラウドサービスの宣伝ばかりが鬱陶しいだけで信頼のおけない製品よりはずっとマシかと。 ただ、購入当時の倍近い価格になってるのには目を疑った。
