Hi Sandra, I ordered and received this lovely vase, just under 12 inches high, at least a year ago. It arrived in perfect condition with its own protected box and then had an additional shipping box around it. This vase is well proportioned to hold a large number of floral elements. Since I am so happy to have this vase, I am inclined to encourage a second attempt to secure one. All the best!

Great for a nice bunch of flowers, really sets them of well. Also nice that is shipped by Amazon from Italy. Well wrapped, so no issues there. Doubt it's crystal, but no other problems
