21st Century B 12 1000 mcg Prolonged Release Tablets, 110 Count

These B12 supplements have been great. About a year ago I found out I was quite low on B12. I actually had to get B12 shots for a while. After I was back to a more normal level I was told to use these. I was worried that supplements wouldn’t help, but these dissolve right under your tongue and so it goes right to your bloodstream. When I went back recently I was actually at the high end of normal!! These dissolve pretty quickly, taste alright, and are pretty small. Definitely would recommend.

منتج رهيب وحتى وصلني وهو بارد يعني التخزين لا يعلى عليه وما سبب لي اعراض جانبية سواء خذيته على بطن فاضي أو مليان بس للامانة اول مره استخدمته جاني دوار خفيف وبعدها اختفى وحتى الخمول الي فيني تحسن بعد شهر تقريبا رغم كان مستوى الفيتامين عندي 249 قبل ما أخذه وكان عندي تعب واحد نصحني ان ارفع مستواه في الدم وفاد الحمد لله واخير لاتنسوني من دعائكم اذا اذا افدتكم
