Comfortable, light weight, I bought beige to try and bought two more for spares. Had to have the Adjustable, versitil sizing Velcro. Tighten it to stay on with hard hat or face shield over it. Losen velcro by 1/4” for more comfortable fit. UV protection 50, YOU DONT want skin cancer, melanoma. It’s tagged with UPF 50+. For those that are not familiar with UPF 50+, UPF rating system The UPF rate indicates how much of the sun's UV radiation is absorbed by the fabric. Fabrics are assigned a UPF rating number based on how much UV radiation can pass through them and reach the skin. For example, a fabric rated UPF 30 allows only 1/30th (3.33%) of UV rays to penetrate, blocking 96.67% of radiation. Meanwhile, a UPF 50+ fabric allows less than 2% of UV rays through by blocking over 98%. The key UPF rating ranges are: 15—24: good UV protection 25—39: very good UV protection 40—50+: excellent UV protection Higher UPF numbers signify better skin protection from sunburns, skin damage, and the development of skin cancer. At my age I suffer from skin cancer. My Dr. Says to wear a hat so I’ve tried several types. This is the first one that is light weight and covered my head, neck and ears. The best part is that you can remove the neck flap. It is very light weight and can folded up to fit in your pocket.

My husband and I both ordered one of these sunhats in different colors. They are very lightweight and have a baseball-style front which allows for playing volleyball or pickleball without any blocking of vision. it is well-made, and the snap attachment of the sun shield seems secure and attractive compared to other hats that had velcro attachments. There is an adjustment strap in the rear of the hat to adjust size. We used these hats in Ecuador while walking and playing pickleball. We were very happy with how comfortable they were and how sun-protective they were. When we got home, we reordered two more hats to use in the future.

I bought this for fly fishing in the Montana mountains in 2022 and it's held up for 4 years and counting. Very rarely the neck flap is a bit annoying when the wind catches it right but all around I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Fits nicely after adjusting once and I've never had to readjust. I find the tri-fold bill nice and frequently wear it without the neck flap. I like the look and love the hat. Would purchase again if this one ever wears out.

Update 7/7. Not even 2 months in and the hat is falling apart. The stitching is falling out and the hat is coming apart from the brim. I would've hoped these lasted longer than this. Was happy at first now very disappointed. So far I love it. I work in HVAC and I was looking for something lightweight and could protect my neck not only from the sun but dirt and falling dust and debris. So far its perfect. I ordered a second one as a backup and for home use. Hoping it lasts long, but at the price and how comfortable it is, ill buy them again and again

I bought this hat for my husband for two reasons; First, because he is very light sensitive, and I thought that the extra material would help with peripheral light coming in around his glasses. Secondly, he always forgets to put sunblock on when he’s doing something outside like trimming the weeds and he tends to burn on the back of his neck. So I got it to shield his neck and keep him cooler. He absolutely loves it! He said it’s comfortable and he can remove the extra material if he wants, but he tends not to. It helps with the light and shade and it’s very lightweight.

I got this for our gardener. He was wearing a microfiber towel held in place by his baseball cap. He really appreciates this hat with the removable neck gaiter. He says it’s lightweight and durable. Holds up well to sweat and the elements. He says it gives him good coverage and performs really well. The size is flexible and he only needed to adjust it once.

I liked the white hat so much I ordered this one. Provides UV blocking shade, easily detachable with little plastic snaps. Plus the rim has two grooves which make it easy to fold and put in my pocket. The hat has two mesh air vents as well. All around excellent quality, ready for my trips to work in hot countries

Hat fits very comfortably however snap on UV cloth protective sun flap is very lightweight and blows off the neck away from ears when walking with little wind. Always having to tuck in behind collar. Brim of hat is excellent!!
