I order this red rice and serve it at least once a week. Not only is it very tasty with an earthy, nutty flavor. The texture is good. Not mushy or crunchy. I like to use my microwave rice cooker. One cup of rice to 2 3/4 cups of water, and a bout 1 teaspoon of salt or salt substitute stirred in. Cook it for 18 - 25 minutes, depending on your microwave wattage,( mine is 900 watts), then allow it to sit in the microwave for about 10 - 15 minutes (don't open the door or attempt tostir it up just let it rest and finish cooking in the hot microwave), after the timer goes off. It has been perfect every time. It's great to have when you want to make something easy and different for a side dish. It's very good quality, and priced right for the amount that you get. I have also used this in many ways. Mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with white rice, and brown rice and it's very tasty. I've also made my own grain/legume mixture, using the red rice, brown rice, millet, quinoa, and lentils for a really tasty dish. I cook this on my stovetop, because you have to adjust the cooking liquid (water or broth), accordingly throughout the cooking process.

This rice back taste is excellent, and this red rice has terrific health benefits. Their packing is airtight seal packing, and it looks solid form. After opening it, it goes back to the regular rice bag. I had never seen it before and complained to Amazon customer service for a refund. They usually provide first-class customer service and immediately offer a refund for my purchase. I recommended this great product to others. Thank you.

There's something very wrong with this rice. It doesn't smell right, it doesn't look right, and it doesn't taste right. Some kind of strange white substance appears on top when it's cooked, and it's nothing like any other red rice we've ever purchased. It smells a bit moldy and a bit chemical. I prefer to buy in bulk, but I will never buy this brand again.

This brand of Red Rice has the best FLAVOR of any rice we've tried and is also organic! Red rice, similar to brown rice, has more fiber than white rice, and also likely has more micronutrients (although hard proof of this is still lacking). But the flavor of this red rice is stellar and has become the only rice we eat.

Love the flavor and freshness! I didn’t realize what a large amount 10# of rice was. Not the vendor’s fault. I will order again in a smaller package.

The UN is evil, and they want to ban rice, a third of the world population depends on RICE. They are pulling fertilizer and encouraging governments to declare farming is bad. No the UN is bad, and organic healthy food grown by people experienced in agriculture specifically skilled is who I want to grow my food. I recommend this but am alarmed how fast the price changes too.

We will keep this red rice “in stock” as it is so good and healthy. Highly recommend. Appreciate that it comes vacuum-sealed and that it’s organic. Great product at a reasonable price!
