The media could not be loaded. I have purchased a lot of things on Amazon. This is by far my favorite purchase. The Tiny Truth’s Illustrated Bible is an absolute gem! This is the cutest Bible for young kids. My son is 3 and we got this for Christmas- it was one of his favorite gifts. He wants us to read it every night. The illustrations are beautiful and the stories are short and concise for little ones to grasp. I will be ordering more from this company.

The media could not be loaded. After much research for a Children’s illustrated Bible book, I purchased this book and The Classic Children’s Bible Storybook. First thing out of my daughter’s mouth,”Wow! I got a new L.O.L. God book!”What? LOL? God book? Okay. So to my 5 year old-this is a God book since it’s about God (not an illustrated Bible), and she called it an L.O.L God book, since the drawings have big eyes like the LOL dolls. Ok, makes sense in the way a 5 year old would rationalize things. More importantly this book has helped my children to understand who God is, His love for mankind, and what He wants/desires of and for us. The stories are worded for Children’s understanding. There are no quoted scriptures (in case anyone wants that in their children’s Bible book); there is one scripture at the end of this book. The illustrations are adorable in that simple way, but hold so much depiction of the story itself (see photos of how expressive the characters’ faces are). My children always have lots of questions after each story, and we find ourselves having pretty in-depth discussions after each story. It would have been nice to have the notation of where each story came from in the Bible even if a complete scripture is not included. This would have made looking up the story and more details about it easier for the readers/families. Often times, I’ll look up more details or even video clips to show my children (5&6 years old) when we read a particularly interesting or important story to expand their knowledge/understanding of a topic. This is still a wonderful book and I highly recommend it for families with little ones.

This is an excellent book. Makes it so easy to reach my 6 year old nephew about our faith. Love that he sees characters that he can identify with. God bless the authors, illustrators and everyone else involved in producing this.

This is the cutest children’s bible I’ve ever read. It is the first book I purchased for the little ones library. I love it so much that I ordered another copy for my nephew and I’m ordering a copy for my other little ones in my life.The stories are short and easy to explain to children without losing the plethora of context or details provided in traditional bibles. If the story is not spelled out in detail, the illustrations do a beautiful job of filling in the rest of the story. It even covers stories that may be hard for children to understand (the last supper and the death of Jesus) but the story is told in an honest yet kid digestible way. I love this book. And I love that the characters are brown. It’s uncommon to see depictions of bible stories and images of Jesus as people with brown skin. This may not mean a lot to most folks but it means a lot to me. This is a beautiful book. I ordered the Psalms and Proverbs book too and again... wonderful. But that deserves its own review.

My sons have not put this down! We started a bible study with this book, and the more we read in it the more we love it. The images are wonderful and FUN! The writing is easy to read and understand for kids! Definitely recommend this for little ones.

We were looking for a good bible for our 20 month old (he started wanting longer stories). I have a bachelors degree in theology and was being very picky about what his first bible would be. This one has a great balance of age appropriate content while staying true to the themes. Each ‘chapter’ is 4-5 digestible pages. The characters are all the right races (Jesus is brown). In contrast to what some other reviews say there are white AND brown angels. I definitely recommend this as a kids first Bible! Very appreciative to the authors.
