Bought this chair over a year ago and have been regretting my decision. I take great care when using anything around the house and this chair was treated no differently. The chair started tilting to one side within a few months of use. The part that houses the chair column at the wheel base is of very poor quality. Initially, the chair tilt started hurting my back due to the poor posture. The tilt kept getting worse over time. One day, it completely keeled over. I narrowly escaped a serious head injury. Very disappointed in the product - especially given the high price. I would not recommend this brand. Please stay clear.

It is ergonomic and has good back support. Strong build and quite comfortable. Could have improved the quality of leather on handrest and some of the stitchings.

Good and comfortable chair. The wheels could be slightly smoother.

I got this product 8 months back. The hydraulic bar is not working anymore. The leather layer in chair peels off and the stitches are all coming out. It's not even worth it for the money I paid. I tried sending whatsapp message and emailing the customer support and no response for more than a month. I don't recommend this product to anyone.. After two months, I got the response that the issues were not manufacturing defects and not covered due to misuse

I had purchased this chair last year in July. I also received the warranty certificate. But after usage of 8 months , its broken and wood piece came out visible. It means , inside it has wooden frame. I expected steel frame. Cellbell has denied any warranty for this issue. I feel very disappointed and it’s important to know the details before buying such product.
