Best fertiliser I've ever used.
My pants love this fertiliser. It has an odour which goes after a few hours, but don't let that put you off. I tend to use it every two to three weeks and my garden is blooming. It's value for money for a great product. I found it easier and quicker to dispense with a fertiliser hose attachment.

If it smells bad then you know it's working!! Lol, yes this does have a slight smell to it but it's exactly what I thought it would be. Works great and I know it's a quality product and not a watered down version of it. Be mindful that, at least for me, when I apply this product I do attract flies to the area. But that's great, I want that beneficial bacteria and breakdown of organic materials and that comes at a price of flies then I know I'm on the right track of a happy and healthy garden. This is my 2nd season using this product and will continue to do so as long as my pocket book in this economy says that I can

I can’t say enough about this product!! It has made my dying plants come back to life! It has made my wimpy plants explode! I literally have no negative comments! Contrary to other reviews I do not find the smell bad at all!! If you’ve ever fed fish fish food that’s about what it smells like. It’s really easy to use and your plants are gonna love it!! It also goes a long way! I have a ridiculous amount of indoor plants and outdoor plants and I have been feeding every week for the past month and a half and I’m nowhere near halfway done with the bottle! I recommended it to my mother and now her garden has doubled in size as well! I was able to harvest my lettuce just a couple weeks after planting them! Buy this product!!

I have a keen sense of smell, but am not bothered by strong scents if I know they're signaling that REAL ORGANIC ingredients are there. I mean, this isn't about what I find personally appetizing to eat; this is food to support healthy plants and make them happy. What makes them happy makes me happy. My plants absolutely loved the Kellogg Organic brand of fish and kelp fertilizer (with molasses) but I can't find this anywhere now. My usual suppliers don't sell it. The Kellogg Garden website no longer offers it. I may try adding some molasses to see if the added sugar lends THIS product some oomph, but what's in this bottle is not a semi-thick proper emulsion, but a runny liquid that simply turns the water in your watering can brown. This has the characteristic ocean scent, however it is a scent that is "sea fresh" -- rather too pleasant in my opinion -- instead of the pungently odorous kelp and fish smell that let's you know it contains the good stuff IN SUFFICIENT VOLUME to do the heavy lifting. I live in Arizona. Plants are heavy feeders here. They know what they need. They know what they like. They know a good meal when one is served and they pout when they don't get their needs met. I will use this bottle, then look for something better. This was way too much money to spend for mostly water.

Holy smokes! The various plants on our patio have been blasted by alternating cold and hot spells, and they are all looking a bit frazzled and limp. I have been using a standard powder mix fertilizer from the hardware store, sith basically mixed results. I went searching around on Amazon and found this extract fertilizer had decent reviews, so I went for it. Upon the day of arrival I popped the top off the container, poured about half a cup into a large bucket, caught a big lungfull, and almost threw up D: This stuff is POTENT. Try to imagine fishy diarrhea left in a garbage bag out in the sun, you'll have an idea of the overwhelming reek. Anyway, I'm not a plant so my opinion of the aroma is irrelevant. After my nostrils recovered I filled the fish bucket with water which foamed up from the fertilizer, and dumped a portion into each planter. Some of the plants include small blueberry bushes, an apple tree, lettuce and chard, e.t.c. TWO DAYS LATER the garden was BOOMING. The sugar snap peas that had been crawling on the ground were reaching for the sky and making new flowers, all of the lettuces and cilantro were bright green and expanding, and everything looked like it wanted to grow right out of the pots. I guess the worst smelling things on earth are like ice cream crack for fruit and vegetable plants. If you wanna put some healthy ZING into your garden, definitely try this stuff out! Just hold your nose and DONT get it on your clothes
