Works as expected.
The product comes in a liquid/paste form and can be used to paint with directly or mix with colors? I just received this bottle and tested it out using the contents directly ona small patch of metal. When dry, under normal light it is barely visible, its almost transparent. Under UV light, UV Tube or a normal UV bulb that i also got from amazon, The painted section glows beautifully. I will be ordering a couple of more bottles and plan to paint a full living room wall with this! Side note: Some of the paint spilled onto one finger, and I washed it off with soap and water... and it looked okay, but under blacklight, I can clearly see that the paint did not wash off my hands... its sticky.

Dries clear
Bought this to use with my students for our glow room exhibit (art teacher). It does work well, but I will also advise that it goes on clear- which could be desirable for many applications. I usually try to make my students’ work look nice in both light and black light, since most won’t have black lights at home. I had them paint their constellations in white paint first, then go over it in this. I did the same for our planet projects, they painted stars with white and put this on top after they dried to make the stars glow. (Planets were done with neon oil pastels). Seems pricey for such a small bottle. Would love to see this product in the catalogs that I can order through the school funds (Blick, school specialty, sax) so it wouldn’t have to come from my own pocket.

It's not white but it's bright
The bottle was big enough for me to paint three full sized skeletons. I experimented by first using it directly on the plastic. I ended up having to paint the skeletons white first and paint them under black light only because its virtually invisible going on. They're really going to glow. It went on smoothly and was easy to use. I only had to use one coat.

Not what we expected...
We have some issues with this product. It had to be applied VERY heavily to work properly, which we did not know when we first applied it to some Halloween decorations and then hung them outside where our black-light was located. So the effect didn't work very well with a moderate coat. It must be put on heavy. We were also frustrated/disappointed that it was advertised as Matte Finish, but the result was a Gloss Finish (see photos of labeling). We did not realize it until the paint was dry have time to return/reorder.

Great product! Works as advertised
I wanted to make my foosball table blacklight reactive without messing up it's look under normal lighting conditions. Tested this product on a piece of wood before applying it on the foosball field. You can also add some highlighter ink to make it a color of your choice. It dries almost transparent and retains the matte finish very well. Finally after testing, applied it to the foosball table using a flat brush making sure it was evenly applied. The result was excellent and my friends love it. It still works after two bottles of beer spilled on the table. The whole process used only about 1/8th of the 250ml medium. I am going to use it for some more blacklight projects just because I have so much left.

Great glow
I mixed this with some fabric paints and it came out great. It did not change the color of the paints and the glow come out good! Be careful if you lean on the paint because it will get every where and you won’t even know it. I shone uv light on my project and I saw glowing palm prints all over. As long as you are careful, it works well!

Terrible. Amazon refunded the same day.
I've been painting things for many years. Even held directly under a black light, in my opinion, this Uvfx Black Light Medium responds no better than regular white paint – the whole bottle barely glows, even less when applied. I know it says, “Matte finish dries flexible and transluscent “, (their misspelling, not mine), but it actually obscures colors if painted over them - if it dried translucent and worked as described, it should make underlying colors glow - it does not. It feels sticky, something like PVA and gave me problems with my airbrush and cleanup. Folk art neon is FAR better, (it positively "lights up" under UV), and is much less expensive - Sadly, far as I know, they don't make a specifically UV white or neon neutral color.
