I love this idea. What a genius way to start or continue stretching. One thing I love about this product is how it is tailored to you. You can choose any setting based on the level you are at. As a contortionist, I definitely get the struggle of finding a good, easy, simple, and safe way to stretch and stay in motion. Have fun, and keep on stretching !!

Pretty easy to setup. Unlike other brands, this one only has 1 door anchor. Others have 2. I hooked up 2 over the door hooks for convenience. No need to use the door anchor.

I got this for my daughter to work on her back bends with some security in place and it works well and no installation or complicated instructions to use it. It’s very strong! Strong enough for child or an adult and it can be used in many ways to help with flexibility!

This is an easy to use and easy to set up. I had to use it on my front door because it won't work on the bedroom doors. My 6 year old loves it so she practice her back bends independently. It comes with a bag to fold up so it is compact for storing away when not in use.

The whole system is easy to use and figure out but I wish the weight was a bit heavier, every time my daughter opens her door, it falls off and then she needs one of us to hang it back up again.

I and my daughter have been working in our flexibility and I was skeptical about it and having it on our door. But it’s actually made pretty good. I trust it while going in to a backbend but it’s easy enough to use to stretch legs or do a mini workout.

I really like this Back bend assist trainer crom Xemz. It holds my weight and let me practice splits efficiently and also I love this coz, I was able to do back bend yoga position with this band and pushups and planks. thank you for the product. I GOT IT BLACK

My daughter is 4 and just started gymnastics. I am not very sporty and can’t even do a cartwheel. This was easy to set up at home. Even for her age and size this was a great fit. This has helped her learn to do a back bend and help with flexibility. I would buy again.

You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does have an adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking to improve flexibility and posture.

It’s a brilliant product I brought the pink one but I will say when you bend back the padding is not very soft and hurt my back quite a lot. It came with no instructions but was very easy to put up. I would also like to say it get quite tangled but overal it is a fantastic product and I would definitely suggest it.
