Does not fit Biontech 105DN
just note that it does not fit the Biontech 105DN machine as the filters do not come with the wiring that are necessary for that type. Aside from that it may be good filters that fit other machines but definitely not that one. I am only giving 5 stars as amazon refunded the full amount.

Too small. Didn’t work
Didn’t work. It was slightly smaller thn expected. Caused machine to leak. Saw no other filter that looked similar.

To use this filters effectively....rinse the machine (BTM 500) very well (follow rinse procedures)
This product is excellent. We use this to replace old filters.

Fit perfectly
I ordered these to replace the filters in my Platinum Ionizer and they fit perfectly and work well. The only thing that I did not like is that the labels are not in English.
