This stuff is amazing. My family has been taking them the entire flu season and they have kept us healthy. When I started to feel a cold coming on, I double up on the pills, and it knocks it right out. I have a 13 year old daughter and she usually gets sick at least 4 times each winter. These are magical. Whenever I feel even slightly under the weather, I'll take one of these every day (and usually one per day in winter regardless), and I've been able to fight off many colds. If I think I'm getting sick, I'll take 2-3 per day (spaced out), and honestly I've avoided every single workplace plague that's come around so far this year. This is hands down the best vitamin c you can take, it's absorbed by your body easily, and has made a marked difference in my health overall. Great product. (I used to take the power form every day, but this is so much easier and the same product).

All of Perques vitamins and supplements are high quality, expensive but you get what you pay for. This brand and one other were the main ones I took when my cancer came back and I turned down chemo. The powder stuff makes you go more. This doesn't have as much of an effect but I was told by a Dr it is one of the more potent and bioavailable forms of vitamin c

i had been taking C-salts vitamin C powder mixed in water for just about two years, but i am thrilled to have found high potency C in tablet form. MUCH easier (and faster) way to protect from colds. in the time i've been taking high potency vitamin c, i've not suffered one cold. not even a runny nose - and i have two kids and a husband who bring countless germs home with them. this past winter between the three of them they brought home 7 or 8 different colds, but i'm always on my game!

PROS: CLEAN product--NO excipients. It is effective because it is bioavailable. Easily tolerated. Comes in "tabsules" and powder if you're not fond of swallowing pills. Good company; good products. CON: EX. PEN. SIVE.

I usually take the Pperque Potent C powder instead, but these are convenient for traveling. Either way, I really feel the difference with this vitamin C. It tastes good (if you like tart things) and wards off colds. Way better than Emergen-C, which is loaded with crap.
