Bright Futures Pocket Guide: Guidelines for Health Supervision of Infants, Children, and Adolescents : Hagan, Joseph F., Shaw, Judith S., Duncan, Paula M.: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Good. Review: My preceptor recommended this, so I ordered it. It was extremely helpful on my month of pediatrics in medical school and as a FM resident will be helpful as well. It covers all the major points for the well child age checks you need and gives you why as well. Also pocket sized and consise.

Great resource for FNP clinical during pediatric rotation . The only complaint is that I wish it had specific vaccinations for each age group.

I am a new primary care pediatrician, and the night before starting my new job as an attending, I panic-bought this book because I was so anxious. I have been using it at least once a day at work since it arrived and it is a very helpful reminder of what to consider at each age for the well visit.

I’m a family nurse practitioner student and I got this on suggestion of my preceptor during my pediatric rotation. This is a must have for anyone doing a pediatric rotation or anyone that works in pediatric primary care. It’s small and convenient and lists out important points and expectations for each age group during a primary care visit.
