Premium Roasted Hot Pepper Relish (Trinidad Scotch Bonnet) 13 Oz - spicy chutney

Best hot sauce I have tasted in...well...ever. It has the scorch of a hot pepper, but doesn't numb and kill the taste buds. HIGHLY, highly recommend! I am putting it in everything! Deelish!

This relish has a great flavor and just enough heat to appreciate the burn, but not overwhlem the flavor of the rest of the ingredients.

I must say I ordered this without expecting much. And the appearance of the relish - dark and dispiriting - did not raise my expectations. But one mouthful - and I was in heaven! Such intense flavour, such magnificent heat - it was pure bliss! For hardcore chilliheads, this is an absolute must. You're going to love it, I promise! For others who enjoy a bit of heat but not too much, it is still eminently worth investing in, but you would need to use less of it, at least until you get used to it. One strategy is to mix it well with some mango chutney - any brand - but I'm sure there are others. For purists like me, however, it needs nothing except a big enough spoon! I am amazed that such a superb product is not better known - it easily beats most of the superhot sauces and relishes, which offer scorching heat without much flavour and is one of my best finds ever. Well done, folks - just don't change the recipe, please !
