This straightener is fabulous! It does a great job. It doesn’t take long and straightens my hair without making it flat. It gives my hair a bit of volume but it’s straight and not frizzy. It’s easy to use even for people like me that aren’t skilled at doing hair. Highly recommend! I’ll never go back to a regular straightener.

This straightener actually worked described. It went through my hair so smoothly and worked perfectly in one comb. The only problem I ran into— was when I tried to do too large a piece of hair. It works like a dream and is so easy to use. The comb is light, adds curl if you turn as your comb, and is attractive and easy to hold. If you can comb your hair you can use this straightener.

I’ve had this hair straightener for over three years now so I feel it’s finally time to write a review first and foremost. It works great. I love it disclaimer though I use several heat tamers before even putting this thing in my hair and I also use the air Bliss Timo blow dryer, which is an ionic one and I love it so the products I used where the very popular color while John Frida and extra strength and the Taraji P Henson, he tamers I blow dry my hair first after washing it and then I use this hair straightener and it straightened my hair and only two passes. My entire hair routine took only three hours 30 minutes to blow dry and the rest is just making sure that it was straightened to my liking. The grip is great. It does not slip out of my hand and the contour of the buttons makes it so that you don’t accidentally turn it off. Definitely takes way less time than when I used to use a regular flat iron, which would take pretty much an entire day it also is a great size for travel. I would definitely recommend.

Surprised how the straightener works. Well enough, fast and easy to use, but not a flat iron replacement. It straightens my hair with few passes making my hair smooth but not silky as advertised. Can't style it to my liking nor the ends of the hair. However I am comfortable with it and will continue to use the straightener and find how it works for me. Do recommend.

I haven't tried straightening my hair without pre-blow-drying it, mainly because I live in a very humid area and rely on humidity control products like "WOW" to combat frizz. The only challenge I haven't quite mastered is getting my ends as straight as the rest of my hair. Admittedly, I'm due for a trim. I still have to use my flat iron on my ends to make them look nice. To ensure a smooth finish, I use a brush to chase both the straightener and flat iron, as I've found this technique delivers the best results, especially for my damaged ends. Occasionally, I've experienced the straightener shutting off when I accidentally hit the button. However, overall, it's well-designed, not too heavy, and comfortable to hold. It's worth noting that the back of the straightener does get quite warm, although not hot enough to cause damage or discomfort—just enough to be noticeable. As a tip, I like to approach straightening from different angles to ensure that all my curls are properly straightened. This means working under the section, above the section, and sometimes on one side of the section, depending on where I'm working on my head. Additionally, I don't use the highest heat setting to avoid potential heat damage, yet it still manages to leave my hair bone straight. Here's why I'm loving it: Pros: 1. I bought the TYMO Straightening Brush to save time in my routine, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The brush itself is great! It gets really hot and straightens my hair with about 2 brushes to a small section. I was actually pretty surprised how well it did my hair, I have somewhere between 3b or 4b hair! Only issue I had is that it would randomly turn off multiple times while I was doing my hair which was frustrating. It still took about 2 hours to do my hair but it would’ve gone way quicker if it didn’t keep shutting off. I dislike the glove it comes with, though. It’s pretty useless 😵‍💫 wether it was for heat protection or holding the brush better, it’s ineffective either way unfortunately.

At first I was very skeptical about buying it or not as the price was also higher than other straightening brushes bt when I used it I realised it's a magical product it straights in one pass and the quality is also very good for thick hair it also works wonders and the hair stays that way until u wah the second time it's total value for money and very easy to use

This is a wonderful straightening tool, that is incredible quality at a great price. It has weight and remarkably even, fast, and powerful heating. The design is genius imo and it works for all hair types. I’ve had mine for over 2.5 years now, proving that the durability is excellent. Some background: I have very coarse and textured relaxed hair. It’s naturally type 4 something, and not well behaved! I’ll start with the tools cons: - Like most people say, it doesn’t do a great job on the ends. This is just a result of the design. For me, the solution is to run it over the ends again, in a bigger section. You basically gather more hair together and pass it through, holding it all together, so they look nice and smooth against each other . I got this idea from a YouTube video and it’s great - I’ve always had a hard time cleaning it lol. And hygiene is important. I like to use paper towels and/or microfibre cloth and slide it between the grates. And then, I use more microfibre or even q-tips on the edges and around. A little tedious. It’s a shame you can’t also use water - The cord is short, which is common with more affordable hair tools And the highlights over the years - The best thing about this over conventional straighteners is the combination of speed and ridiculous ease. Literally anyone can get great results. Just prepare the hair (wash and blow dry, for textured hair for example), use on clean hair that’s in decent condition, and use sections that are the same size as the brush head or smaller. That’s it! - It’s durable and high quality - The heating is incredibly even and consistent - You can straighten your whole head of hair in as little as 10-15 minutes! This’ll depend on the length and texture of the hair of course. But I think 30 minutes to shut off is perfect. And you can just turn it back on again - If you have a lot of hair and it’s naturally curly, coily, or otherwise textured, this is really useful. Again it’s super fast and easy I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants straight and silky hair, with ease and affordability.
