Great for pea shoots
I bought these to plant and harvest them as pea shoots. In the first pot they all germinated bar one. Very tasty.

I soaked peas over night and made the best ever pea and ham soup, lovely flavour and cooked well. Far better flavour than the dried green peas bought in supermarkets, and a lot cheaper.
