Biker Shorts Women 6" Tummy Control Workout Shorts Women with Pockets High Waisted Yoga Running Gym Spandex Compression

These biker shorts are the absolute best biker shorts I have purchased ever I was a little skeptical how they would look I didn’t want them to be super long over the knee. I wanted them to be above the knee slightly, but not too short not too long if that makes sense these hit the nail on the head perfectly and I normally do not do reviews at all. The waist band was good. The material thickness was good. The wearability was good. The look was good. There was no roll up very lightweight. I wore them to Disneyland and I was at Disneyland for 14 hours not once did I have to pull them down they were so comfortable. I have already ordered three more pair in different colors. These are definitely a go to biker short and it has the pocket on the sides and the pocket you can’t even tell is there which is another thing that I like if I can give it a 10 out of 10, I would don’t hesitate by them. I am 5”4 238 pounds but I’m fit and I purchased a 2X honestly if I purchased the one 1X they would’ve worked just as fine as well, but I wanted to make sure I had comfort knowing I was going to be walking at Disneyland for hours. This is a real honest review.

These biker shorts are fantastic! The spandex is soft, stretchy, and super comfortable, and I love that there are deep pockets on both sides (finally a place for my phone and keys). They hit at the perfect length—no awkward ride-up—and the waistband stays put without rolling down or cutting in. They don’t have any built-in underwear, which I actually prefer, since it makes them more versatile. Overall, these are high-quality, flattering shorts that I’d happily wear for workouts, errands, or just lounging around. Definitely a win!

I love these. The are super soft and the material is thick. Not see through at all. They stretch nice when working out. Great pockets. They do not roll down on the waist. These are compression shorts so if you do not like them being super snug go a size or two up. I bought the Capri ones from this company as well. They were package nicely and had no chemical smell at all. I will definitely buy more.

Fits great, feels great, doesn’t ride up at all so no worries about chafing. BUT, it’s not for activities during hot temperatures. These shorts made me sweat so bad because it’s basically like wearing a sweat suit but just on my legs. Absolutely no wind gets through to cool you down. So while I bought these to run in, I probably won’t run in them again until the weather cools down significantly.

I wear these religiously. I prefer these over any other biker short, I just wish they had the seamless front ones available on amazon. I also wish they came in 5 inch inseem instead of just the 6 inch. Gives good tummy control without being too thick. Doesn't ride up too much when I'm out playing disc golf and they are comfortable enough to lounge around in. They have nice stretch without sacrificing compression. High waist isn't too high for my needs, and I would say true to size. The side pocket is a must have for me, and I've worn these under t-shirt dresses for more coverage. I'm 5'3", 190lbs and I wear a size L. These don't stretch out too quickly either.

These shorts are an incredible value. They perform as well as top brands which sell for 3 or 4 times the cost. I wore them for my morning beach walks every day in Aruba loved them. The fit is great, the fabric stretches and breathes, and they wash and dry up perfectly. Two side pockets easily hold a phone, keys, credit card or other small necessities. I was so happy with them that I immediately ordered another pair when I got home. BUY THEM, you won’t regret it!

I'm 5'5" and 170 lbs and the large fits absolutely perfect! Enough tummy control but not too tight. They're definitely not see through as they are on a little bit of the thicker side but not too thick to be sweaty while you're wearing them. I love the company IUGA, as I have a long pants from them as well, that have been consistent in material and fit over the last couple years. They look absolutely fantastic on whether you're trying to dress them up or dress them down. There is no rolling up or rolling down and the stitching quality is absolutely perfect which is why I've always stayed with the brand no matter how many times I've tried to go to other brands. 100% highly recommend

These were the most comfortable yoga shorts ever! I recommend them to anyone, no matter your body type. They are the BEST!

These are probably the most comfortable workout shorts I've ever had. They are a really soft fabric but they're a great thickness. I primarily want these for strength training and I can confirm they are 100% squat proof!! There are pockets on both legs which are plenty big enough for my iPhone 7 as well as my partner's iPhone 8 plus. They also have a small pocket in the waistband which is such a clever idea for keys or coins/banknote or something. These shorts are a really soft fabric which makes them not shiny at all. They're quite matte looking which I find really flattering. They're almost a very thin fleece like fabric which is not at all what I thought I would want in workout leggings as I'd think of them as being too hot but these are not at all. I am a UK size 12-14 and I got a medium. They're nice and snug and the tummy support works nicely. I am usually a size 10-12 (lockdown didn't do me many favours) and I can feel these will still fit perfectly when I'm back to my usual size. They're really stretchy (including the seams) and so they can stretch to fit quite a few sizes. I also got the full length leggings of these which are equally as great. In terms of the length, I'm 5ft6 and these come to about halfway down my thigh which for me is great as they will protect my thighs from rubbing together when running. They also come as a nice high waist and come to the smallest part of my waist which I think is the most flattering. They don't roll down at all either during running or working out. I think these would also be so ideal worn underneath a dress. I have some basic bike shorts to protect my modesty when it's windy outside but these are so perfect to wear with a dress because of the pockets! I'll definitely be ordering more of these. I've had many many different pairs of shorts/leggings over the years and these are 100% my favourite. For the price, I think these are incredible value. These are much better than some 40-60 pound shorts I've had in the past.

Stay up while running, don't go see through in yoga, super comfy, loads of pockets. What's not to like? Bought a few years ago, so hopefully they're still good, as I'm about to buy a new pair

Really soft and comfortable. Phone stayed put in my pocket while running (I specifically bought these shorts for the pockets and love that they have one on each side). I like that they are high waisted and they look stylish on and have a good stretch when exercising.

Comfy, fit well, love the mobile pockets. Only draw back started bobbling now hence 4 not 5 stars.
