They did not work for me wasn’t a good product

These are the cheapest made hair item i've purchased. one broke when i was opening it. one wont open, one was already broke, one is loose and wont stay together and one is fine. the edges are sharp and they smell very strong of plastic. These are also not eligible for return even though it does not say that anywhere. contacted amazon and the seller and neither would help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I purchased for my curly hair, they do not work for reasons above and they leave a terrible "mark" in your hair when taken down. they also get VERY tangled in your curls almost instantly.

I've struggled with hair bands that break my 9 year old's curly hair since she was a toddler. These are so great, they don't get tangled in her hair when we are trying to take them out (thus no tantrums, which is HUUUUGE!!) AND, they make a really nice high ponytail! Thanks for such a genius idea!

Way too small for locs

UPDATE 12/1/18: I am upgrading from a 3 to a 4 star review. After doing the curly girl method for almost 3 months, my hair is thick enough that these keep me ponytail secure and not saggy. This is pretty much all I wear now! I wish it was a little smaller for my fine texture hair, ponytail always feels loose. feels like it doesn't have a good grip. It's cool though, doesn't dream to rip or pull at my hair so I use it for pineapples and buns at home.

Love this product. If you follow tutorials and get the right size for your hair they are awesome. The issue is the quality. The part that actually clasps and secures the hair breaks very easily. This is very disappointing because these items are quite expensive. These are the only things that work for my hair but I will not be purchasing more unless the product quality improves or the manufacturer lowers the price. They are not worth the price if you have to repurchase every couple months.

This size works very well for my hair. It occasionally slips but I don’t have to reduce all the time. It really does help me with my headaches. Traditional ponytails cause me to have regular headaches but this doesn’t which is wonderful! (Hair type 2c-3b)

I wanted these to be great, but alas.... not. I bought the 1.5 micro size, thinking, I have very curly hair, these will be awesome. But they fall right out. Not because they come open, but the teeth don't grab anything, unless it snags on a knot or something. It just becomes a loose sloppy mess and falls right out. I am going to keep trying, but have not loved.

I have been looking at these products for a while and avoided buying them straight away because of the cost. I had high expectations for them. They arrived on time and I was happy with the quality but they did not work in my hair. There were not enough teeth to grip my type of hair. I am disappointed I cannot return them for a refund.

These worked well in terms of ease of clipping and unclipping, but even micro was slightly too big for my wavy hair so the effect wasn’t very flattering on me :(

My daughter is mixed race, so her hair is a little softer then full on Afro. Although she has a ton of hair, due to it being softer, these didn’t stay in place very well. Which is a shame as they’d be perfect.
