Decent flavors...quick meal
Post chemo, husband's protein is low so we tried these Carnation Breakfast Essentials. He does not like the french vanilla flavor, but can tolerate both the chocolate and the strawberry. As with many protein drinks, there's a slightly chalky aftertaste. Not as good as Carnation Instant Breakfast was. Easy to mix. Best on ice!

cost savings over boost for 13 grams of protein per servings
i use this instead of boost for the 13 grams of protein and it stores easier than bottles with a big cost savings over boost like supplements in cans or bottles
