I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order. I specifically requested gift wrapping, yet it was not provided. To make matters worse, the product I received is damaged. It appears to be from an old book collector's shop, as it clearly shows signs of repeated use. The hardcover is torn at the end, and the overall condition reflects extensive handling. I cannot express how disheartening it was to discover the damage only after I attempted to gift wrap the book. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and upset – gifting someone a used, damaged item is not only embarrassing but unacceptable. I am profoundly dissatisfied and deeply regret this purchase. This situation has tarnished my trust.
