Great, the 2nd time....
When I first received this pillow it had two stains and pen marks. This was super upsetting as we were ordering for our newborn's nursery. I then asked for a replacement and not only did we get it quickly it was clean and packaged much nicer. The shape of the pillow is really cute! Based on the stains from the first go around we may use this one for decore over the function of a pillow as I still wonder what was on the other one in the first place!

Sewing was imperfect
Did not meet my expectation. There was loose threads that needed to be trimmed. Was poorly packaged, so pillow was mis-shapened

Cuteness
Very cute pillow, colorful and soft perfect for my son’s room, does have a funky smell when first opened but I think that was from the plastic bag it came in.
