Good product, better to take with food.

I brought this after an lingering sinus infection. I have used oregano oil from other brands in the past for stomach issues but this brand is so much more effective. My sinus issues cleared up in a week and I found it also helped with my overall well-being. I also brought the oil to makes a natural mouth wash! I am not going to take continuously but I actually brought some to stock up for flu season. Definitely useful to stock have in the medicine cupboard. The only downside is the capsules container is so difficult to open- almost not worth closing it for fear of the struggle to get it open again! I was tempted to knock a star off for packaging but it is so effective it doesn’t seem fair.

No depression pills worked for me - not Prozac, cipramil or Amitriptyline. This does. Its anti-inflammatory and has been shown to work in mice. I believe it is an ancient anti depressant. No side effects. Amazing!
