Clear Hair Elastics - Snag-Free Transparent Hair Ties, No-Damage Hair Rubber Bands, 4mm 8 Count

These truly are easy to remove, they slide out of my hair without pulling my hair or breaking individual strands which means less damage-significantly less (see update below). These are also very stretchy, much more than expected and I love how they disappear when they are in my hair. The only complaint I have is this isn’t stretchy enough to go around your wrist without it being super tight. If I take my hair band out somewhere other than home I usually put it on my wrist so I don’t lose it, with this I can’t because it’s tight which is how I’ve lost the ones I have. These are on the expensive side for what you’re getting. ***Edited to update*** I changed my rating from 3 to 5 because I am still on the same original package of 8. A nice addition although it may come with a price increase would be change the packaging its cute but not functional, after you use an elastic it will stretch a little (nothing major and still not even close to being able to fit on my 6.5" wrist) so when you try to put the used elastic back in the packaging (to keep up with them) the used elastic falls out so its impossible to keep them all together. To date I have not found anything else similar to this product, when I got my hair cut my stylist commented on how I no longer have any damage from hair ties (like the traditional ones I once used) she thought I wasn't wearing my hair up at all anymore, I then proceeded to tell her about these. She recommended I keep using them and she has now bought them for herself and now recommends to other clients.

I love these bands! Hair is always up in a ponytail. Regular no damage band still cause a lot of breakage on my hair and loose elasticity quickly. These bands are awesome. I bought them in clear so you don't see it much. They are thin but strong. Flat and wider than the mini bands, they stretch a lot without breaking, don't tangle in your hair and hold a tight pony without pulling. To small to wear on your wrist, so when not in use, I just wrap it twice around my finger and you can barely see it. These are a bit more expensive than regular bands...but well worth it.One package will last a long time if you can keep track of them.

I have long fine hair. These bands hold tightly but slip off easily when you take them off, not pulling out hair. I have bought several packs.

Great hair elastics, good quality and easy to use. I see why the price is so high compared with other similar bands, but still ... expensive for a bit of stretchy plastic.

They don't pull or tear, they are very comfortable and easy to use. As a teenager who is constantly doing my hair in new ways for sports, events, and for fun, these hair elastics are great. They're perfect for french/dutch braids, or something that you need "invisible" elastics for. Also, they don't pull or tear your hair, which I've found that some do.

These are worth every penny to me! I don't know what has happened to the rest of the world’s hair ties, but these last! Others have broken while they are in my hair!

Clear pony tail ties. New to me and so far no complaints.

If you've tried Goodys hair ties (similar) years ago, and learned that the NEW ones they have are made so horribly that you want to cry, look no further! I thought I'd never find a grippy hair tie that would hold my braids as well as ponytails and LAST . . . . And LAST and last! I'm saying good by to goody, and hello to Blax! I am so glad they were cheap enough online for me to give a try, I'll never go back! 4mm is a little thick/wide but I don't care. They hold so damn well whether I'm ponytailing it or finishing off the small end to my braid. It holds and doesn't snag my fine blonde hair. A must have, and I hope they keep making them!
