Greatpower8 was very prompt in sending out my computer. The USPS took over two weeks and almost a thousand miles ( I only live less than 250 miles from Greatpower8). None the less it arrived in perfect shape and is more than I expected. PS Greatpower8 got back to me the very next day with an answer to my question. Good company

easy to set up and get to work. But the fan was fairly loud.

I love the red and black look, and the carbon fiber is a nice touch. If it's your first gaming laptop and you're on a tight budget, I would definitely recommend. If you don't mind spending extra go for the GTX 1070 or higher graphics cards.

After 6 months this laptop is unrepairable and I cant Get to the seller

I've had this laptop for a few years now. Initially it was great. But after about a year, I just keep having problems with the battery. First, battery life started dropping in length rapidly. And that last battery warning (not the 15% one, the one after) happens only about a minute before the laptop shuts off. The laptop also runs very hot, which eventually led to my battery exploding, and the laptop warping. Then it was fine for a few months, and now cannot stay on at all without being plugged into the charger. I'm also not even sure that it actually shuts down all the way when you tell it to shut down? Because i've noticed that the USB fan i sit it on to help with the overheating will stay running unless you unplug it from the computer. Can't say that it's done that on my previous laptops...

I own this laptop and its old but still capable the i8750h is an old cpu and it gets very hot especially in this laptop even the video gpu is old its a gtx 1060 it will run most games at medium to high settings in 1080p usually 65 fps to 70fps in demanding titles like metro or tombraider. iThe battery lasts about 2 hrs of web surfing and videos..you lose performance when unplugged it drops to 25 to 30fps like most gaming laptops do. Its very fast for everyday use email, youtube, surf the web but its still a laptop from 2018 its way overpriced here at $1398 just too much money not worth more than $800-900 new

The GPU that was written in this product's specification is that it contains an Nvidia GTX 1060. But the actual GPU is Nvidia GTX 1060 with max-Q design. Nvidia GTX 1060 with max-Q design is designed for thin and light laptops and about 10-15% SLOWER than a regular GTX 1060 for laptops. The base frequency (1063-1265 MHz) is also much lower than on the regular GTX 1060 (1506 MHz, at least -16%) and the Boost (1341-1480 MHz) is also much lower compared to 1708 MHz (at least -13%) for the regular GTX 1060. But if you ignore that, the laptop is in great shape when it was delivered. I like the keyboard lighting as well as the speakers. It is a bit heavy but its manageable. The fan is loud but it is to be expected when you run games at high quality. Overall, its good. But the GPU specification is misleading. Especially if you really want to buy a laptop with gtx 1060 not gtx 1060 with "max-Q design" since Gtx 1060 is more powerful than the one with max-q design, may it be for gaming or other things that involves the GPU.
