Happy Feet is a short book that's filled with simple exercises that improve balance, proprioception, strength, posture, and your mental image of how your feet/body move. I could tell from just one session doing maybe 10 of the exercises that my feet were worked out in places I could've never gotten to without using this book and the green Franklin balls. I get that it's pricey, but I feel like it's worth the money to work with your feet as they're meant to move. Also, Eric Franklin explains how each exercise affects your feet and your body. I highly recommend this book - your feet affect everything in your body!

I cannot believe all the things you can do with these balls! They are SO much better than using tennis balls it's no comparison. There are many different exercises in this little book. They look simple to do, but they are really more complicated or challenging than you might imagine. I have plantar problems and these exercises really do help quite a bit. Many of the activities involve using both feet at the same time which taps into your core and balance, which is good. They are very sturdy and will not break, but they don't hurt your feet when using them. I use these in combination with individual Pilates instruction.
