This puzzle was so fun to put together! I love book related puzzles because I am a reading addict, so this was the perfect puzzle for me! I love all the bright colors and the puzzle pieces fit to perfection. I would highly recommend this puzzle to the reader on your gift list!

Wow! I do a lot of puzzles and have never given up on one, but this one just isn’t fun. Picture is easy enough, but impossible to tell if pieces fit, they fit in multiple places, which I find incredibly annoying. Other comparable brands are not like this. Very disappointed!

I bought this for my puzzle solving friend. The fun part of it was that she found books that she had read.

The white border of this puzzle is not cut very well and is therefore hard to put together. Many pieces seem as if they fit well, only to cause problems later. My puzzle was also missing one piece from the time travelers wife book image, which is supremely frustrating.

For both the book lover and the puzzle lover! Very enjoyable.

The artwork is terrific and so colorful, but the cut quality is hideous. As other reviewers indicated, I couldn’t finish nor could I share or donate, this unfinished jigsaw went right in the bin. Galison usually produces such great jigsaw puzzles, but this one was a dud. Pieces are so similar and fit in most places, only revealing the mismatch later in the solving. Many pieces separated and pealed, but that may be a result of so much handling in rearranging. Cute, but pick something else.

I never thought I would have to read reviews for a puzzle to be warned that it’s just ludicrous. And as a bibliophile, I thought the design was cool. Whoever left around 100 white pieces that were virtually identical to finish this female dog of a puzzle, should be unemployed. Seriously? if I wanted a puzzle with all one color, that’s what I would’ve bought. The books were fine, but there was absolute no enjoyment in trying to figure out that minute differences in these damn white pieces. I actually buy a lot of puzzles and I’ve made a note of this brand. You will never get another penny from me. I enjoy a good puzzle, I enjoy a challenge, but putting together and trying to figure out the difference in those white pieces was absolutely pointless waste of time. WHY?

I wish I had done a better job of reading the other reviews. I love the theme of this puzzle and had envisioned passing it among my book club friends once I finished it (we have read quite a few of the books in this pile!). Instead, I will be putting it in my donation pile. I usually complete the border of a puzzle first, but that was impossible with this one since so much of it is white and as others have correctly noted, it is extremely difficult to tell if the pieces actually fit. So instead I went to work on the interior of the puzzle, which you will find is completely enjoyable ......until you are left with over 100 white pieces, all the same shape, and no way to tell if they actually fit. You can labor away on a white section and be left with one hole to fill, only to find that none of the remaining pieces fit that hole, so you have to try to figure out where the error is so you can undo it and try to get it to work. After a couple of hours of this, I gave up (something I rarely ever do with a jigsaw puzzle) and packed it away to donate. If only the manufacturer had used a better quality pattern, making the piece shapes sufficiently unique. It could have been a great puzzle.
