My dad was a retired mechanic and his floor jack was missing one wheel. He tried to find one for years with no luck. My husband took up the search 6 years ago but with no luck. He found these and they work. What was an almost useless floor jack is now operational. He is thrilled that these worked and I'm thrilled the hunt is over!

So I bought this cause I have a 3 ton blue point floor jack and one of the original casters broke off. These casters were offered by my search on many websites, so I bought them. They fit perfect with the original bolt, but they are a little too wide, and a little taller than the originals. I can’t say they are better or worse cause I haven’t got the chance to test them or use the floor jack cause it’s been cold where I live to do any job n my cars.

My cheap wheel broke off of my 2 ton, aluminum, racing, floor jack from Harbor Freight. In order to allow access for the new wheels to swing 360 degrees, I had to use a jig saw to cut out some angles on my jack where doesn't compromise the jack while under load. Also I needed a bur fit into my drill to widen the bore holes a bit just enough to start the wider base nuts on these wheels into it, so that when I tighten down the 19mm nylon lock nuts with my impact wrench, the impact wrench could pull the base nuts the rest og the way into the soft, aluminum bore holes that I burred wider open. With my minor modifications to my jack, the wheels swivel 360 easily, and the wheels are bolted all the way up flush to the jack. If you don't get the same results, you're not thinking of it right. The 1" shaft stems are the right height for the jack's thicker aluminum metal which is 25mm. And these wheels are fabricated with enough metal material all around that I doubt these ever break like the cheap originals do. I still have yet to see how well the grease and ball bearings hold up over the years. I can regrease the bearings as need though, so...

I don't have to tell you these cost a lot but they fit my Walmart 3tn jack very well. The old wheels were steel and they rusted so badly they wouldn't move. These are aluminum and won't rust. The downside is they are softer so if you aren't rolling on a smooth surface they will get scuffed up fast. Worth the money.

I have been looking for a steel caster for years to replace one lost on my floor jack. This worked perfectly although I had to add spacer washers to get the post to a position to enable tightening nut.
