made socks...
Used these to make a pair of socks. Nice and heavy. Not too itchy. Most handknit socks seem just a tad itchy to me. Worked up nicely. They are my favorite socks. (love handknit socks...)

The yarn gives with you when you need it most, it felts automatically, no need for knots
I have my favorites and have never tried this brand before. I "needed" the color Fushia and this brand was the ONLY one with the yarn weight I needed available. Not knowing the brand, but out of desperation, I decided to take a risk and try it. Absolutely one of the BEST decisions I've made. Is it the softest Superwash? No, but it's not that course either. Do it knit up nicely? Absolutely! I'm using it on a Fair Isle project and the visual of different colors is perfect! Will I use this again... you bet! I predict attaining all their colors at some point. This project is worth your time and effort to attain if Superwash DK Wool Yarn is what you need. I'm already in love with this brand!

Nice! But could’ve been great!
I got this to complete a project. I liked the thickness and the color was spot on, including the price for 4 that went great together was cheaper than 4 separate that didn’t mesh as well. So I chose this. There are so many great things… but, a few things that could’ve been better. The yarn periodically had a knot in it , where 2 pieces were joined together. Being that I wasn’t crocheting , I was wrapping… some areas were harder to cover up then others, so it effected the cleanliness of the wrap. That honestly was my only complaint , but due to my project specifically it was a a medium too high problem. Overall, I plowed through and got it looking great. Still glad I got the product, just wish that it was 1 uniform cut. Each balled up color had up to 5 knots. Color was perfect, just like photo and very soft!

Drowsy Dusk color - sooooo pretty
This is a gorgeous color, exactly what I was looking for! It's my first time working with superwash wool so I don't really have anything to compare it with as far as yarn type but my gosh it is so pretty!

NOT SOFT
This review is mainly for people who are wondering about quality. Although this item doesn't claim to be soft it does claim to be comfortable. I would say that is definitely inaccurate. This yarn is extremely scratchy and in no way shape or form would I want to wear this, even as a hat. I was planning on using this for baby hats but now I have to use this for a decor piece instead. The only reason I'm not returning is because of the colors. They are very beautiful but I am so disappointed at how scratchy this yarn is.
