Workout Bar

I tried not to think too much about the value price on this Bionic Bar. If it could stand 150-200 pounds, I would be happy with it and so far, it has. I've seen where others have had trouble with the welds coming out of the end but mine feel good and strong, plus I have a welding gun if they do come out. One of the things I like about this bar is it replaces my obliques bar (bar over shoulders, twisting side to side) and it help up fine with 150 pounds of bands while doing barbell curls, knelt tricep extensions. I did have a little trouble getting the bars to go together at first but it was mainly because I was twisting the wrong bar, the threads are very good quality and once you're twisting the bar the right way it goes together easily. It's also small enough even when put together that I can set it against a wall and not worry about anyone tripping over it or running into. I'm giving it five stars for being inexpensive and so far working just fine under relatively heavy-resistance. I'll update it if it gives me any problems.

This bionic bar has been a nice addition to my resistance band workouts at home! I stumbled upon this will looking for attachments to use with my Looped Resistanced bands bad had previously saw something similar with the BodyBoss system but buying the bar alone wasn’t optional. I’ve seen other brands on Instagram but they are $100-200, so I’m pleased I found this for a fraction of the cost. It’s a sturdy bar, that unscrews at that center. The band that arrives with it is a good starter band and allows for various exercises, curls, overhead press, upright rows, push presses, etc. I’ve used it as an attachment to my loop bands for back rows, pull downs, twisting core movements.

Fantastic item, exactly what I was looking for to attach stretch bands. My only complaint is that the bar is made in China. Hopefully the company will manufacture this item in the USA in the near future.

Item is as described, Heavy duty , like a Pipe. Great size and it's great that you can unscrew it and put it away or just have it on the ready , came with the Heavy duty Clips I'm very happy,nice foam grips on each side for comfort. And the Rings on each end does swivel which helps a lot. I had some that didn't move and you would get that weird Jerk effect from the bands adjusting. Very easy to assemble, I recommend just holding one side and screw on the other, try not to do both at the same time. Very happy with this.

I absolutely LOVE this bar. I work out both at the gym and from home and this bar lets me do the same if not more than what a barbell would at the gym. I feel the bar is well made and sturdy. I don’t need it to collapse so I used lock tight on the center connecting threads as they would move slightly during a workout the first time I used it but this is no big deal and didn’t interfere with the movement. Resistance bands attach easily. I use it with carabiners as well as long loop bands. Game changer for at home workouts. So glad I purchased this product.

I recently bought a set of elastic resistance bands which came with the standard handle grips. I did not like doing curls and standing presses or reverse tricep curls with the handle grips. They would rub on my arms, snag my watch and the overall feel of the grips was a bit cheap with the grip part being a plastic tube. The bionic bar is high-quality. It’s all metal and I like the fact that it has the clips at the end which gives a little more wiggle room with the bands. It has a nice weight and the grips are firm not spongy which I like. Overall I think this is very much engaves the resistance band workout. It makes many of the exercises feel more like lifting free weights and I would recommend it

Very nice and heavy. Solid steel with fine threads to help keep it from coming loose. I pretty much just got this and have used it twice now so I am probably going to update this later. I am pretty excited now because it seems to be very well made and works great with the rubber tubing that I have. I have done bicep and triceps curls and several shoulder exercises and this bar is great. My wife is liking it also for some upper body work. I am planning for this as a great travel workout device to take along for camping. So far I am very happy with this and would recommend to anyone who is looking for using their bands for good exercises with out needing to anchor to a door or something else. Updating , I have had this for a few months now and still thinking it is a great product, I have had no issues and use it several times during my daily work outs. If you us the tubing for your work out then this would be a nice addition for you.

I had reservations after seeing some reviews where the ends break off, but in my experience, i have no such issue. The bar is actual metal and feels sturdy and comfortable. The reason I think people have broken them on either end is because I'm definitely not overloading the bar with a lot of weight between with my resistance tubes. I think this bar is better suited for more set and higher rep weight exercises and not for extremely high weight resistance tubes. TL;DR: works great with moderate weight resistance tubes. People's bars breaking at the ends might just have to do with overloading the bar with high weight resistance tubes and exercises

Love this set. Perfect for travel and fitness at home. The purple tube is more of a blue/grey colour. But they all go together nicely. I bought an extra ankle strap and a bar. For lat pull downs. Really happy with the quality. The hooks are very durable and everything about this set screams quality.

Exactly as described, what I needed for home gym

As gyms are still closed in my area, I have become a home workout addict. From kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands now. I found myself having trouble with the bands when it came to lat-pulldowns, bench press, and tricep pressdowns with the door anchor. At the times my arms wouldn't be stable. I found this bar to be perfect to attach the resistance bands to and it makes a huge difference in my movements. You can feel the target muscles much more just because you are much more stable. The bar is solid and has a great comfort grip.
