it does its job
I started this supplement a while ago and have just started my third bottle. After all this time, I can confidently confirm that this supplement WORKS. Everybody's metabolism/appetites are unique to their own systems, so how much weight/side effects also depend. Regardless, the supplement does what it advertises. I was reading over reviews and many of the negative ones complained of a racing heart, sweating, jitters, and even feeling sick. But here's the thing, this is a thermogenic FAT BURNER. These side effects are to be expected if you take something like this. The generalized purpose of a THERMOGENIC fat burner is to raise the body's core temperature, thus speeding up the metabolic process which is how fat burning happens. The raised heart rates and hot flashes are normal when taking this kind of product. I recommend taking it on days you are going to work out, as you'll sweat/burn calories more, and you won't be sitting trying to concentrate with all the pent up energy. In fact, I used to use this as a pre workout when I ran out of my old powder. My personal experience: Pardon the TMI, but this product makes me have to pee... a lot. It also makes me sweat easier and have a very high heart rate which makes my face quite flushed, but I expected this. I lost a lot of water retention and bloating. As for weight loss, my overall weight fluctuates like crazy. I can wake up 118 lbs, be 127 in the afternoon, and go back down to 120 all in the span of a day. Because this supplement makes me have to pee a lot, plus the extra calorie burning from the raised heart rate/core temperature, I did in fact lose weight. It also helps me control my eating. I meal prep, but struggle with snacking out of boredom. This has worked as a great appetite suppressant, and as long as you are safe and keep eating your three meals a day or whatever you'd eat normally minus the unnecessary snacking (if that was a problem for you) you should be fine. As someone who used to have an eating disorder, this (bear with me) has HELPED me with my relationship with food. I know that sounds crazy, but it has shown me how significant the temporary water retention/weight is to my overall ACTUAL body weight. This lessens the guilt I feel after eating because I know the increased scale number is not real. Obviously this will not be the case with others, this is just my personal experience. Take this supplement with caution, for the right reasons, and be smart with it.

Actually Works
So I was very cautious because the reviews; But decided to give it a try and wow it REALLY DOES WORK! So basically take it twice a day. I take it in the morning and afternoon. Morning before I eat and then in the afternoon before I eat as well but sometimes when I am hungry and forget to take it, it's fine take it after my meal (waiting 30mins-1hr after). The effects for me at least is it truly does keep you active so like the description says. Do not take it at night if you're trying to sleep. I'm actually suffering from some insomnia because it keeps me active for so long and during that time I can't calm down so be aware of that. So I'm going to be honest. I did not do any exercise but I did change my diet and basically I started at 181 pounds in January and lost like 13 pounds so I'm at 168 rn, in Feb (it's Feb 20 while writing this review). So it does work; and I'm sure if I actually started exercising it'll work faster. The other side effects at least that I get from it is I get hot? Like it can be cold but my body will heat up. So in a way it burns the calories. The first time I toke it I did feel like my stomach was a acid pit. But the second week barely that feeling (could also be I changed up my food idk) The thing with this though is, I use it with another weight loss "medication". So I believe with the combination of using this and the other product it's working out extremely well. My advice is, if you're the exercise type, you don't need to take it with something else, but if you're like me who doesn't really exercise, then you should and also change your diet. It is quite expensive but honestly, it WORKS!

Stay hydrated!!!!!
Don't take these if you are not active because I can forsee anxiety attacks with these. I have a fast paced active job though so it's amazing for keeping going like I need to. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DRINKERS!!!!: I have been taking these almost a week now and I haven't touched an energy or mt dew since, but on Thursday I usually meet up with some friends and have a couple drinks, I didn't get a lot of sleep that night and had to be up pretty early(which is a normal Thursday for me) so when I got up I took my pill and went about my day. At first I almost felt completely normal, full of energy, no hangover and couldn't even tell I had only had 2 hours of sleep, but then noon hit and I started coming off my first pill. I didn't want to take a second one because it was getting close to the end of my work day and I didn't want to be wound up all night, when I tell you that the lack of sleep and hangover came in full swing, I got home with the worst headache I've had in ages. My body hit the bed at 3 and I didn't wake up til 7. Got up, ate and went back to sleep until 9 the next day. I still have a headache from hell and couple probably sleep the rest of the day away without any effort. I'm a professional drinker so no sleep and a little hangover are normal when I do this but this pill amplified everything. I will continue to take these during the week but if I get any idea that I may be drinking, I won't take one that day. I looked through the warnings pretty thoroughly and didn't see anything so I figured it would be worth a shot but it did what I pretty much thought it would. Just be careful cause it does feel like an artificial energy that could dehydrate you a lot of you don't drink water, and drinking on top of that will only make you feel like spongebob the first time he met sandy

A Fat-Burning Powerhouse That Doesn’t Pull Its Punches
Cellucor SuperHD comes out swinging like it’s got something to prove—and honestly, it kind of does. From the very first capsule, you can feel this thermogenic kicking into gear with bold, no-nonsense energy. It’s the type of supplement that doesn’t whisper motivation in your ear—it grabs you by the collar, points at the treadmill, and says, “Let’s GO.” The focus is sharp, the heat is real, and the appetite control is surprisingly effective. You feel switched on, tuned in, and ready to bulldoze through workouts or long days. It’s not a jittery chaos kind of energy, but a steady, powerful burn that demands you show up. The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect 5 is because the intensity may be a little much for beginners. This isn’t a “casual Sunday stroll” supplement—it’s more like a personal trainer shouting motivational slogans while you sweat. Still, if you’re looking for a bold, confident thermogenic that means business, SuperHD delivers in every fiery, focused way.

Good product, tuff side effects for ppl not used to caffeine
I'm giving it 5 stars because it was a popular item when I worked at GNC. If you're going to take it be careful because the caffeine really, really messed up my stomach and caused me nausea and my heart felt weird along with profusely sweating. Not for the caffeine sensitive

1st month. It might work, not sure yet
I’ve been using it for 1 month now. I finished my first bottle. I have been working out 2:30hrs a day 6 days a week with a diet. I see a small difference on my body but not as much as I expected. I stopped using pre workout. It does give me energy but not as much as the pre workout. It does help me with my appetite. I have been eating a little bit less. My wife says that my mood changed, I get angry easier. Not sure if it’s because of the pills or it’s just coincidence. It makes me feel very hot and I sweat even if I’m seated watching tv. It makes me feel anxious when I take the pill and I don’t workout. It also makes me feel like I need a lot water and a dried mouth. Because it’s only 1 month, I could give it another chance to 2 months and hope to see a big difference on my body. My learning experience, take the pill on the way to the gym. Only take it when you are about to workout. Don’t take it if you are not working out. Drink a lot of water

Never have I felt this bad...
I have a high tolerance for caffeine. Just as background, I've taken the 450 mg fat-burning caffeine pills in the past and wouldn't feel anything more than some additional energy followed by a massive crash... One time I was in the middle of a run and didn't feel any pain or fatigue, and my legs didn't really feel anything (wasn't numb), so I stopped taking that particular product. I can drink Monster after Monster (which is only about 140 mg of caffeine) like it was soda, and take a nap right afterwards. Drinking caffeinated soda before bed time isn't a problem at all, and I've fallen asleep while drinking that soda as well. In the morning, I drink black tea with black coffee. Now, for whatever reason this SuperHD makes me feel extremely bad. Within the first 1-2 hours of using it, I have uncontrollable jitters. My pulse/heart rate is normal, it's not my heart pumping faster or anything but rather something causing my body to shake. I start to feel variations in my body temperature. Most of the time I feel extremely cold and need a jacket, but then my cold feet start to sweat uncontrollably. I feel very nauseated during this time. My face feels flush, and it feels like I have way too much energy. Towards hour 4-5, the sensation starts to diminish and by hour 6 I am mostly fine. I fell asleep without any problems after hour 8. The next morning, I am still feeling some after effects. I'm not a professional nutritionist, but I think the side effects may not be from the caffeine but rather the L-tyrosine package which is the only thing new I introduced into my body. I've taken L-carnitine in the past without any problems, so I may just stick with those types of fat burning supplements. Overall: 1/5 stars, I don't recommend taking this product. I am unsure if it helps burn fat, but if it makes me feel this bad I'd rather look at other solutions.

This stuff works
I'm a 40-year-old woman, 5' 2", currently close to 200 lbs. I never realized I coped with stress by eating until life threw some tough family losses my way, derailing my focus on health and myself all together. Historically, I've maintained fitness, eaten reasonably well, and stuck to weightlifting religiously—feeling my best around 132 - 136 lbs, not fixating on the number but on the strength and vitality it brings, I'm my best around that weight. Lately, though, my habits have plummeted; my eating's chaotic, hydration's lacking, and my workout quality and consistency has damn near vanished. I've lost my drive, discipline, and energy. So, I tried shifting from C4 pre-workout to Super HD. I was apprehensive after reading reviews fearing jitters or migraines without exercise or water. Surprisingly, it's been a game-changer, aiding my return to healthier habits. I wake up around 4am, taking one after a small snack, then head to the garage to lift. I usually can't have a small snack before working out or I'll throw up, I'm fine while taking these. I sweat profusely, break personal records, all despite neglecting a structured lifting routine for a year and a half. I finish my workout around 5 - 5:30 and I've already made it through a half a gallon of water without upsetting my stomach. Jitters and migraines haven't been an issue because I remain consistent with working out and drinking water, and while I experience temporary sweating and chills, they pass swiftly. I found that if I don't take a 2nd pill, my junk cravings kick in and I lose energy. Having junk cravings when the food will make you feel sick is a nasty combo. So I take a 2nd around 11am and am good for the day and it doesn't affect my sleep. I drink about a gallon and a half a day, easily get in 8k steps now, I have the energy to get through my day, I wake up with energy, and my drive to workout is back. I'm down a few pounds this week, not bloated, cranky, or depressed, I have healthy cravings, junk food turns my stomach and doesn't taste good, and I'm excited to do things now. All it took was a kick in the ass from a little pill twice a day. This I can definitely keep up with to get back to a healthy place with good blood work; genuinely grateful to have found a place where I feel motivated and good about myself again. I wish I didn't wait so long, although this too is part of my journey to not get back here again - learning lessons and reality checks come from somewhere, right?
