Solid repair for North Face Jacket
Worked really well for some awkward heat damage on my North Face Hyvent Summit Jacket. I think you have to be fairly precise about laying the patch on the material, it feels like once it’s on, it’s not coming off. I did two repairs just before a 5 day trip and both have lasted well. I would recommend this for repairs.

Very tenacious indeed
Used to repair a small rip on down jacket. Only use a 0.5 x 1cm and after a wash it's still stuck on.

A high quality tape that note or less merits its high price
Thr best tape available but you get just a very small amount at a high price. Sticks easily (though, of course, to itself more readily than to the repair which can be frustrating), waterproof, resilient. Really doesn't need further stitching or reinforcement, but I've still done a little to ensure the fabric holds on my Barbour coat. I've bought several packs over the years as repairs have been necessitated on my rather elderly coat (beginning to look more tape than coat in parts). That's been an increasingly cumulative cost and quite disturbingly high in retrospect to look so patched up. Still use the coat but maybe the time has come.

Abysmal adhesion to technical wear
Absolutely abysmal product, despite the online recommendations and YouTube repair videos of what this product should do, it does not adhere to technical nylon or polyester wet weather or snow wear. It's adhesion is extremely poor despite cleaning the surface of the fabric. It is essentially a very expensive glorified electrical tape with a textured surface, and it's thickness is about the same as electrical tape. I think this product is suited for the very thin down jacket type material only. See video for poor adhesion.

It’s ok but not as sticky as though. Covers ok if very flat but edges do lift! Ok and works well at the moment.
