Great lawn and garden tool!
I picked this garden weeder with a small head in part because of its size and the excellent descriptions of it. I have a small garden and flower bed space and a regular hoe would have been too big and awkward to use in the space I have. It is well designed and easily digs into the soil being worked on. It works very well and appears to be well constructed and durable, although like other good tools, a bit pricey. I think though that it will last for years and be worth what I paid for it.

Experience says it's a useful but...
I purchased this tool because I use one almost every week at work in the summer, and it is a very useful for maintaining an existing edge on your flower bed and helpful in straightening or fine-tuning the line. It is very effective at this and an easy and pleasurable tool to use as long as you are willing to put in the elbow grease. So, I purchased one for use in my garden. It should be functional and will serve me well enough but I was disappointed to find that the handle was of a lower quality than I had expected given my good experience with the one at work with a great long divvet if wood missing from right where my hands will lie. I am going to Iggy it and give it a good try because it is still rounded and polished and it is the tool I got and I don't want to be a pansy about it, but I feel less certain that it won't give me plinters than I might had the handle been the quality I expected.

Edge not sharp
I was disappointed that the Quick Edge did not come with a good sharp edge. I'm sure I have a learning curve with it, but felt that it just was not at all sharp. The product video showed a good edge, but my husband had to sharpen it, and I still struggled with getting it to cut through dirt and grass easily. It is nice and light and seems to be good quality. Perhaps there is something I'm missing here, but I feel like it was over priced and did not hold up to the product description.

Lasted 4 about feet...
The blade is not sharp, which with small kids around I viewed as not the end of the world. It does take quite a bit of effort to use. I was testing the tool out on the edge of a bed I had trimmed up with a shovel 2 weeks ago. In the four feet that I got before the handle snapped it seemed to be doing its job cleaning up the edge. The tool is riveted onto the very tapered handle which was not going to be an off the shelf replacement. Instead of modifying the tool and figuring out how to make a more sturdy handle work (which was probably going to require the wood lathe and significant amount of work) it was returned and a 1 star review produced because because at this point it is not worth the effort. Also, to anyone thinking they will just sharpen this thing, it is cheap/soft high carbon steel. You can probably put a razor edge on it, but it will not hold that edge for more than a foot or two at a time at best.

The best weeding hoe made.
My wife and I use two of these weeders for our garden. People are amazed how clean our garden is from crab grass and other weeds. Most people use a large hoe, but it won't do better than this little tool which will dig deeper and is smaller. I can't recommend a garden tool any more than I do this one. Buy one for each member of the family and your garden will be clear of weeds.

Very good garden tool
Once sharpened it works very well. Out of the box it just didn't work, but it didn't take long with a file to put a nice edge on it. The head does wiggle a bit but it's only held on with a single nail or rivet that doesn't go clear through the handle. I'll pull that nail and either drill through for a machine screw or drill a second hole and use two wood screws to keep the head tight on the handle. Definitely a keeper and it will see a lot of use in my garden.

known problem with this tool/manufacturer
Do not buy until they fix this issue. Great concept but the tool head arrived very loose on the handle. Looking at other reviews now, this seems to be a common problem with this tool. I have reached out three times to the seller/manufacturer over the last month with out any response. Very disappointing,

Love the small hoe - edger only works if I prework the soil.
