Great product, it does an amazing job sterilizing my flex disc. It's very simple to use, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can easily sterilise my cup while I'm taking a shower. Also, it came with the cutest little measuring spoon, so you'll have the perfect amount of distilled water. I don't have to mess with disposables while my disc is being steamed, and I dont have to worry about it melting like I would boiling it in a pot. Update: Customer service is 10/10. For some reason, my pixie sterilizer stopped working between my last period and this one. I e-mailed their customer service, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. No fumbling around trying to record videos, didn't ask for the product to be sent back, all I had to do was provide my order number. 1,000/10 for customer service, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I started using the cups recently and was trying to find a better alternative to clean them instead of boiling them or using cleaners that everyone complained about!! This product is beyond perfect! Compact and soo easy to use! It uses very little distilled water at a time and its fast! It works just like a steam autoclave and sterilizes! It gets very hot so I know its working! I just laugh at a lot of the reviews on here that say the button is broken or got damaged.... no its not! If you actually read the instructions, it tells you it can arrive pushed in and it tells you how to reset it. You just have to run it once and it pops back out to reuse! This is the most ideal way to clean your cups quickly and efficiently! Worry free!!! I highly recommend this product, a must have!!!!!

Highly recommend, especially if you live with family. I’m not open about my period cycle since it’s none of my family’s business, but I had a pot to boil water with and let my family know it’s MY POT, and then I see them cooking ramen on it…. Obviously I’m not gonna boil my cups on the same pot my family cooks with, so this is the best steamer letting everyone know this if for you and they have no need to use this.

I like how small and compact this is and it can fit a range of menstrual cups or disks. It just feels better knowing that what I’m using is clean and sterilized and it’s super quick. I like this one compared to the other brand that is cylinder in shape because this one is easier to store being that it’s more boxy. If you use a menstrual cups this is a must have, don’t be throwing your cup in the dishwasher with harsh dishwasher soap.

The steamer is super easy to use and I like the peace of mind of sterilizing my disks. I really appreciate the attached lid for this version as well as compared to some of the other models. It's not too intrusive to keep on my vanity or tuck away when not in use. I'll have to see what I think after further use but happy so far!

I first bought their cup (my 1st cup) to see if I like the concept and it worked for me. I must say I love it and I can't believe I waited so long, it's all the things: affordable, comfortable, working as it should with no leaks, easy to put in and out. It's hard to choose between all the brand options but I liked their overall high rating, medium price and mission to distribute one for every purchase to other girls and needs. Knowing the high cost of pads and tampons, the stigma it has on girls in many countries, and that combination disabling girls from getting education, I thought that if it worked for me, then it would work for them, and just this one tool could enable a girl to have a much better life. Now after two months of using the cup successfully, I went forward and bought the sterilizer. I had thought I would see if it was a pain to boil my cup for a few minutes after each month, and quickly realized that using one of my pots to boil my menstrual cup on the family stove would be way more inconvenient than having this cute, focused and private sterilizer I could use in a corner of my room or bathroom, without anyone knowing. It could not be easier to use, plug-and-play, took about one minute from opening the box to leaving it to steam and then same for back in the box. I know it sounds silly, but now every time I get my period I feel like I get the privilege to use these perfectly engineered accessories, built just for me/us.

I was hesitant to try the Pixie Cup Steamer for my menstrual cups at first because boiling always worked so well. However, this product has been amazing to try and use. The packaging was simple and cute. Easy to assemble with thorough instructions. Pixie seems to give great tips with all of their products and walk you through use with ease. I set up the steamer and put in the 5ml of water into the base. I put my pixie cup on the platform and within seconds my cup was being steamed. I set my timer for 13 minutes and walked away. This isn’t a luxury you get with boiling. The steamer itself is small, lightweight, and compact. It is quiet and makes almost no noise. My timer went off and my cup was damp. Pixie is thoughtful so I used the lint free wipe included to dry it and put it back in the bag; sparkling clean. The steamer needed a quick dry which took under ten seconds and could be stored. I wanted to see if I could steam my other brand cups. Multiple brands and sizes fit inside of the steamer with no problem. They all came out fresh, clean, and sterilized. Pixie again has won my appreciation and trust as a brand. This simple yet useful product will be used multiple times a month. It is for sure my new go to product for menstrual cup cleaning. I have already gotten rid of my boiling pot and whisks to be replaced with the Pixie Steamer.
