Fab for helping with sit ups/ crunches. Great resistance and made well so hopefully it will last a while. Definitely pleased with it.

Do not buy this product. It didn't even make it through opening the package before it fell apart in my hands. Awfully made and completely useless as one of the foot straps just wasn't attached. If I could give zero stars I would. Thankfully I got a refund.

I've only used it once so far but it seems up to the job, very strong & easy to use!

It's a fabulous product, little too light in use for me, taught it was stronger for strength exercise to use when I'm not at the gym. For a beginner it would be great. It is durable will stand test of time.

I bought this to enable me to keep fit while gyms are closed. It lasted 2 days before two of the strings broke in two. I've had to tie them to the handles to get some use from it. If you want something like this, pay a little bit extra and get something sturdier.

Producto de color rojo, sencillo de manejar y de buena calidad. Tras varios entrenamientos su elasticidad no se pierde y puedes trabajar diferentes músculos . Recomiendo verse vídeos en internet para darle un mejor uso y no utilizarla tan sólo para un músculo en concreto. No ocupa espacio al guardarla lo cual es otra ventaja. Relación calidad precio recomendable +++

Elastico leggero dall’ottimo rapporto di qualità e prezzo. Arriva in una confezione trasparente senza istruzioni. È comunque facile da usare e di buona qualità. La sto usando da cinque giorni e al momento non riscontro problematiche. La consiglio per chi vuole allenarsi a casa senza spendere molto. Non è comunque da paragonare agli attrezzi che si trovano nelle palestre, comunque è ottimo per il prezzo pagato. La plastica è di buona qualità. L’impugnatura comoda e anche la parte finale per i piedi è di buona qualità. Consiglio l’acquisto, come scrivevo prima, per un uso domestico e non professionale.

performant pour muscler les bras, les jambes par contre, j'ai un peu peur de la longévité, la qualité ne semble pas excellente, j'ai bien dit "me semble" mais l'usage dans le temps le dira.

Je dois faire des exercices et ce appareil répond très bien pour moi en plus il est vraiment pas cher par rapport à d’autres site je le conseille vivement
