Purchased last year. But not able to do the renewal now.

I have ordered this SeTrack wireless GPS tracker on Dec-31-2024 and it got delivered on Jan-2-2025, the very next day I have contacted the manufacturer support team over the whatsapp to setup the Device, as per their guidance I have installed their SeTrack application from the play store (since mine is android phone).Later the day I got to know the Geofence feature in their SeTrack app is not working, I have called the manufacturer support team and reinstalled the SeTrack, cleared its cache and cookies and restarted my phone, but still the application is not working with Geofence feature, it hangs as soon as I try to set the boundary for Geofence feature.I have called the manufacturer support team on the Geofence issue on the below dates but still could not get any proper solution and the customer support is very bad. Since the Geofence feature is not working I wanted to return the product and conveyed the same to the Manufacture support team.I have called the SeTrack customer support on below dates.03-Jan-2025 @05:09PM IST03-Jan-2025 @05:25PM IST04-Jan-2025 @02:27PM IST04-Jan-2025 @06:32PM IST07-Jan-2025 @02:19PM IST08-Jan-2025 @03:18PM IST10-Jan-2025 @06:34PM IST10-Jan-2025 @07:24PM ISTAfter 15 days from the date of purchase, there was no response from the SeTrack team on returning the item, so I have lodge a complaint in NCH (National Consumer Helpline) portal on Jan-18-2025.On Feb-1-2025 night I got a mail from the Amazon on the return of the SeTrack product and by the time of writing this review (i.e Feb-2-2025) I have returned the product to the amazon person.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Final opinion: In the wireless GPS tracker, engine cut-off feature not available, Geofence is not working in my phone, it wont show how much battery % remaining in the device, it will come to 83% and shutdown without any prior notification.

This is awesome, made in India and serve the purpose. We should promote such India campany ..I will update it reliability and battery back up soon..till now works perfectly..5 year warranty is addon and value for moneySim recharge cost is 650 for 1 year and subscription is very less as compared to other company although they use same device
