The insoles work like a charm. I wear them all day long, although takes a little time to get used to them. After that it is all good.

Not sure if they are sized for children but i know for a fact that they are not sized for adults. Have to be worn under insole because after awhile it feels like pebbles in your shoes. Won't be buying again.

I tried wearing these for about a month but they caused even more foot pain for me that what I was experiencing. I can feel the magnetics and felt like I was walking on pebbles in my shoe. I guess they are supposed to massage and apply on your foot's pressure points, but the end of the day they hurt like hell and I was limping from the pain so they had to go!

Felt different better quickly. Will see if it gets better.

These didn’t do anything for me. But don’t use them on top of orthotics. They will rip the orthotics

These inserts actually hurt my feet and do not help at all. I was very disappointed, I was looking forward to some relief for my constant foot pain.
