My 7 years old grandson loves this safe box. He takes his money out every few seconds just to put it back in, he absolutely loves that he has to use his Fingerprint to get into it. He was even more fascinated by the gift when he learned how to change the code and even open the safe in case if the code has been forgotten. It's just great.

Item looks nice but feels flimsy. The instructions are confusing and use terms like “standby mode” w/out defining what that is supposed to be ( door open or closed? Batteries in or out?). Default password also is not in the instructions. I had to track my order here on Amazon to find it. All this makes set up very frustrating. And lengthier than it should be for an item like this. Finally got it working, which thrilled my 10yo daughter as she’d asked for it as a birthday present ( today). That lasted 10 minutes (exactly two uses of the combo and opening the door) before the combo stopped working. Lots of tears from My daughter on her birthday. I went back to Amazon and looked through answered questions. Found a comment about taking the batteries out to reset it if the reset button does not work ( this items reset button did not work). Took the batteries out waited a few minutes and then reinserted another new set of batteries, used the default code and made a personal password again. Yay!!! Once again it stopped working after two uses and about five minutes. My daughter through her tears:”Please don’t make me use the ugly bank again daddy”. My opinion? This item is totally unreliable and a bad move for kids ( who it’s marketed for) as having piggy bank money stuck in a “safe” that fails so frequently is super stressful. My poor daughter thought her allowance money was gone forever. If you want an emotional torture device for your loved ones go ahead and go for it. Otherwise, save your money and look elsewhere. Your kids will need a lot less therapy later in life. I’m returning this one.

It was pretty good quality, cute design, and easy to get set up/ use. The fingerprint scanner doesn’t really scan the fingerprint. Kind of expected that tho. I bought it for my daughter, age 11, she keeps her money in it, and can lock it up away from her little brother, with a password of her choice. Super fun for kids. All in all it was a great gift. I would def recommend.

El primer día que lo tuve, la puerta se abrió y funcionó muy bien, pero también empecé a notar cosas: primero que nada, el sensor de huellas dactilares no funciona, no marca la diferencia entre dos dedos completamente diferentes, lo que lo hace redundante. Segundo, no está muy claro cómo cambiar el código, así que durante todo el tiempo que lo tuve que mantener el código como el básico. Luego, después de un día de posesión, dejaba de abrir la puerta, comenzaba a chirriar y suena como si normalmente se abriera un delantal, pero el dial de apertura no se movía y no se podía abrir, encerrando mi dinero dentro, tuve que sacar los tornillos para quitar la tapa y sacar el dinero. El niño se sintió muy triste porque lo que decía la descripción no se cumplió en el uso.

We ordered two of these. The first one - the buttons stopped working on the second day. The second one - we can punch in any passcode and it opens the Piggy Bank. The kids are very disappointed and it has been a waste of money and time.
