Digestively perfect, inflammation-free, and simply so good
My experience with TRUVANI Plant-Based Protein Powder: This protein powder has been a game-changer for me. It’s easy on digestion, doesn’t cause any inflammation, and tastes incredible—three of the most important things I look for in a plant-based protein. What I love about it: • Gentle on digestion: Unlike other plant-based proteins, this one feels great digestively. No bloating, no discomfort—just clean, smooth energy. • No inflammation: Its high-quality organic ingredients and clean formula make it a staple for anyone sensitive to certain proteins or additives. • Certified organic and pure: Knowing it’s USDA-certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan gives me complete confidence in its quality. Why I recommend it: If you’re looking for a protein powder that’s both effective and kind to your body, TRUVANI checks all the boxes. It’s perfect for maintaining a clean diet while still hitting your protein goals. Conclusion: TRUVANI Plant-Based Protein Powder is as good as it gets. With zero digestive issues and no inflammatory side effects, it’s a must-have for anyone who values high-quality, clean nutrition.

Truvani VS. Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
I'm a certified functional nutrition counselor, and drink a delicious protein smoothie every morning that is filled with protein, healthy fat, fiber and greens. Recently I started to consider if my protein powder was nutritious enough, so I did a side-by-side comparison with the powder was using, Orgain and a new product Truvani. Here is what I found: -Orgain has a smaller scooper than Truvani, upon looking at the serving size Truvani is 1 scoop (33mg) and Orgain is 2 scoops (50). I like that with Truvani I could get the same amount of protein with less powder! -Next I looked at the nutrition facts, this one is tricky. They look similar but because the actual serving sizes are not the same it is NOT comparing exact numbers. I wouldn't use this for much of an indicator for which product is better unless you sit down an do the actual math for each category listed. The best thing to note from this side-by-side comparison is that they both have the same amount of fiber and protein, however remember that Truvani is achieving this with less powder, just as they do with the protein content. The other thing I can immediately see is that Orgain has a LOT of vitamins and minerals listed and Truvani doesn't have any. -Now, I move on to looking at the ingredient list and WOW that's where they two products really differ from each other! Orgain has a very long and extensive list of ingredients that include a lot listed under "Organic 50 Superfoods Blend", this blend seems to be where all of the added vitamins in the nutritional facts is coming from. I personally adopt a "less is more" approach when it comes to ingredients so Truvani is a clear winner for me but this will come down to personal preference. I used Truvani in my morning "perfect smoothie", I have included the recipe in my pictures if you are interested in trying it. I noticed that the chocolate taste was very similar in both products but the Orgain powder is tastes MUCH sweeter. They both blended well and don't have a weird after taste. My final opinion is that I'm going to switch to Truvani, the reasons that swayed me were, less powder but the same amount of protein and fiber and the very short ingredient list.

Great taste
Truvani is the best tasting protein powder that I have tried. The peanut butter chocolate is very good! Mixes great.

Most delicious, organic/safe ingredients & dairy free!
Very impressed with the quality of ingredients by the Truvani brand! I have had issues with delivery but Amazon has excellent customer service for refunds! I had to buy at other stores but it’s worth it. I LOVE that this is organic, dairy free and no gums, fillers or toxic ingredients! Personally I love the chocolate flavor! It’s more of a malt chocolate shake taste, instead of classic milk chocolate. The formula does have a powdery after taste no matter what flavor you buy and it suits the chocolate flavor best. So BLEND THOROUGHLY in a blender, not a shaker countainer or it will clump. Also, finding the best organic nut milk transforms the taste, so never use water! I’ve found the vanilla to be the worst tasting, the vanilla chai to be decent and the chocolate to be best! This formula is helping me balance blood sugar and lose weight! Don’t discontinue!

Only 20 servings of 20g protein, per bag.
I ordered this Truvani Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder because I was looking for a plant based protein powder to take. I like that it has only 6 ingredients and that it is certified USDA Organic. The chocolate flavor is ok. There are only 20 servings of 20g of protein and I take at 1-1/2 to 2 scoops per shake. So the bag doesn't last very long. Kind of expensive. I like that it has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. It uses monk fruit to sweeten it. The protein mostly comes from pea protein. It mixes well with water in my shaker. I am happy with it.

Just 6 clean organic ingredients make it the1 for me...
Using as a meat/protein replacement and add to a smoothie each morning. It blends beautifully due to its silky smooth consistency (think flour). The flavor is just right...not overpowering. I make a fruit smoothie and did not want the chocolate to overpower the fruit flavors. It enhances the overall flavor (think chocolate dipped strawberry) and does what it is supposed to do and that is to mask the actual pea protein powder flavor. I love that it has so few ingredients and this alone makes it a clean protein source and one I feel I can trust. It is what it says it is and nothing more and more importantly nothing less. Organic, 100% plant based protein. A little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for and I am willing too pay more for supplements that I am putting in my body. One bag costs about as much as a good steak and if you think about it that way it is a real value since the bag contains the amount of protein you would derive from 20 steaks!

Chalky and grainy
This powder is mid. Aka wack. Aka it’s a fat no for me. Comments that say it’s NOT chalky or grainy are doing something right because that is not the case for me. I’ve tried many different protein powders and this is legit one of the most chalky, grainy protein powders I’ve ever had. I use a blender to blend my protein powders and mixing it with liquid alone (I use lactose milk) still makes it super grainy. For my normal protein powders I blend for like 10 seconds and they come out smooth, but 10 seconds is not enough for this powder. I kept blending for 30 seconds more and it made it a little better but it was still horrible lol. Maybe if you blend for a good ol 20 minutes you might get a smooth consistency lol And for reference I bought the vanilla and chocolate. So far I’ve only tried the chili late one and the flavor profile for that is a 1 :( To sum it up for you 1-10 Consistency: 0 Flavor: 1 Convenience:0 Ingredients: 8 If your looking for vegan powders bc your lactose intolerant just stick with whey isolate. It taste great and is smooooth. I only tried this vegan powder because it had about 7 ingredients (that we know of) and it’s vegan so that means lactose free. But yea not for me. Garden of life is less grainy than this :(

The Best Powder You'll Ever Drink!
First; I am a vegan protein powder user who is not vegan. I am allergic to milk; no, not lactose intolerant; cannot digest the proteins found in milk without my body going into assault mode. In addition, my body also cannot break down gluten or egg; histamine party all around! My protein powder needs are complex & a pain. Vegan protein is by default grainy, odorous, filled with extra sweetners and often sugar alcohols, and sometimes stuffed with creepy ingredients you know aren't doing you any favors. I've tried just about every brand of vegan + gf powder out there. Prior to trying Truvani, I drank Vega berry everyday. I bought sample packs of the chocolate, vanilla chai & pumpkin spice. The first shake had me hooked! I'm still waiting for some kind of "bubble popping" reveal, because these cannot be this good and be good for me. It is creamy, like seriously so creamy. I mix with only 4oz of almond milk then top with water. It's smooth; no lumps; no grainy texture; just smooth heaven. And the taste is PHENOMENAL! No weird after taste or strange flavor. It's delicious from first meeting your tongue till the last drop!
