Works well and installed easily
I had a leak in my waterfall and narrowed it to the liner where a 4 inch drain pipe penetrates and they only stretched the liner over the pipe and used a clamp. This pipe boot adhered easily to the new liner and no leaks so I consider it a success.

Poor quality, not staying sealed at 30 days
It has been 30 days today that I used this boot I checked it today and it is completely peeled away from the liner it's attached to This is a dry patch, not submerged in water. Very disappointed for over $50.00 it does not stay sticky at all

Make sure you have it exactly in place before you apply it to the roof
Worked fine without any problems. Goood adhesive and plenty wide flange. I wish they also offered it in white
