[2 Pack] GX53 Base Lamp Holder Connector Surface Fitting Socket for LED Lamps and CFL Bulbs with 30 cm Wire and M3 Stainless Steel Screws

I got these, along with GX-53 lamps from ledsom.de (also from Amazon), and these are brilliant for kitchen under-cabinet lighting. I really didn't want the transformer based LED lights, and I also didn't want the ones with fixed, unchangeable lamps. These GX-53 base, along with the ledom.de GX-53 lamps, are simply brilliant. The base fixes onto the underside of the cabinet, and the lamps are, of course, replaceable, should any one of them go bad. And these are all mains powered - no transformers! Perfect!.

I was looking to replace the older halogen lamps in my display cabinet and these did the job. While not being exactly the same as the old fitting these replacement went in easily; you just need a screwdriver. The replacement took only and hour and the cabinet items on display now look better than ever. Note the CFL bulbs need to be purchased separately.

I used these to replace all fluorescent lights under the kitchen cupboards. What a massive difference when fitted with the corresponding LED lamps. So easy to fit in minutes.

Fitted to under cupboard kitchen storage, gives a lovely light. Replaced the existing mini fluorescent tubes and fittings, hopefully they will last longer.

Easy to re-wire an uplighter which had failed. Easy to intall LED bulb. All good.

Very suitable under and in cabinets. Copper spring contacts prob preclude their use in very steamy locations. No information provided by seller but they will daisy chain connect. Replacing wire may be difficult as wire connects by push in spring loaded connector. That requires the wire to be terminated in a crimped ferrule to be very mechanically secure. Having said that, I will be buying again as probs can be overcome.

These are really useful for repairing dead LED light fittings. Install these base holders, buy and install GX53 LED ‘bulbs’ to fit and bob’s your uncle!

Parfait pour éclairer un plan de travail

Amazon al solito puntuale e precisa nella tracciabilità. Oltre ad avere il filo per una più veloce installazione, il pacco conteneva anche delle viti utili a fissare i portalampada se necessario. Io li ho usati per sostituire una lampadina con attacco E14 all'interno della boccia di un ventilatore. Lo spazio ridotto non mi ha permesso di sostituire la lampadina con una di maggiore luminosità, allora ho pensato a cambiare tipo passando alle gx53, che per le loro dimensioni facevano al caso mio. Risultato ottenuto in 5 Min di installazione.

Ich habe die LumenTY GX53 Lampenfassung verwendet, um meiner defekten LED-Lampe ein zweites Leben zu geben. Bei meiner Lampe war das verbaute LED-Modul kaputt, und ich hätte sie ohne diese Fassung wegwerfen müssen. Dank der Fassung konnte ich das defekte Modul entfernen und problemlos durch ein neues ersetzen. Ein bisschen Basteln war zwar nötig, aber jetzt funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei. Besonders positiv war, dass alles, was benötigt wurde, im Lieferumfang enthalten war. Der Lampendraht war lang genug, und die beiliegenden Schrauben haben völlig ausgereicht. Die Qualität der Fassung macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Je nach Lampe sollte man nur darauf achten, dass genug Platz für den Sockel und das Leuchtmittel vorhanden ist. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass man jetzt bei einem Defekt einfach nur das Leuchtmittel austauschen kann, anstatt die ganze Lampe zu ersetzen. Das spart nicht nur Ressourcen, sondern auch Geld. Insgesamt eine klare 5-Sterne-Bewertung! Wie gewohnt erfolgte die Lieferung über Amazon schnell und ohne Probleme.
